My gorgeous and sunny loft accommodates two people comfortably; a very functional apartment completely comprehensive. Additionally, it's located in Badalona's downtown, next to the beach, the train and metro stations. All services are less than two minutes walking, amazing!

It's unique, a coastal town with iconic beaches, many places to stroll, nice commercial street, gyms, resort, all services at less than two minutes. Likewise, Badalona is a very quiet place that provides you with a myriad of entertaining options, an unforgettable place. My apartment? In the best condition, centrally-located and quiet at the same time...

Metro is 2 minutes away, train is five minutes away, and all buses and taxi stops are less than two minutes.

Decent place to stay

Definitely a decent place to stay for a few days. Had the essentials but not a whole lot more. Didn’t love that the bed came only with a sheet as a blanket and not an actual blanket. Good location.

Todo lo que me dices me ayuda a mejorar :) Respecto a lo de la manta; estamos a 35 grados, siy muy consecuente con vuestras necesidades pero quizas es importante reflexionar que el aire acondicionado a 19 grados por la noche es lo que puede hacer que necesites las mantas, la solución es subirlo a 24 grados, por eso no hay mantas de verdad ni plumones, por eso hay sabanas y mantas finas de verano, muy bonitas.. las camas estan montadas en función de la temporada.. un gran saludo y muchas gracias 🤗

Cute Studio Accommodation

The studio apartment was neat and clean. A short walk to the beach. Enjoyed the commercial area with all the pedestrian streets and the community park all within a couple of blocks walk. Metro just one block from the apartment and wonderful for accessing Barcelona.

lovely beach and nice area

We love Badalona. The flat has anything you need. Metro is just some meter away, supermarket round the corner. Our host was always very helpful and replied quickly, thank you. Luckily the closed window doesn't make you hear the traffic outside. Perfect spot to explore the city.

Very Nice property

The property is very nice, has all the basics that you may need. The host was super friendly and quick to respond. The place is very well located, literally 30 seconds away from the metro station, I was also happy to find free parking spots nearby, my only complaint is the bed, I am a heavy person (~100Kg) and the bed was not very comfortable for me. Also the checkout at 10h30 AM is very early IMO, especially when knowing that checkin is at 4PM. Overall, I'd return happily to this place :)

The owner is wonderful BUT..we stay in about 20 rental units per year and this was the most uncomfortable ever. No where to sit but some counter stools and we had to climb over each others to get in/ out of bed. We could not even read in bed as there was no headboard and the bed was facing in the wrong direction to lean against the wall. Unacceptable coffee maker and minimal conveniences. We never take long showers but not enough hot water for even one of us. WIFI very spotty. We were warned to be quiet ( which we always are) but the street noise was impossible I NEVER submit negative reviews but this stay was pretty bad. Again, the owner was sweet but must be new to this business. My current rental is amazing and less $. We have 10 more VRBOs on this current trip

Nothing like the pictures

Communication was probably the only the positive part of this entire stay. We travelled all across Spain for over a week and this was by far the worse stay! The pictures are definitely outdated. The walls and appliances are disgusting, old and in poor conditions. It was so filthy that we were willing to look for another place but nothing was unavailable! Communication was not too bad she was responsive for the most part. The biggest let down was there was no prior communication of there being a limited hot water source for showers anywhere (not prior to booking, on the ad or even after checking in). We were only notified when we asked and her recommendation was please take short showers (ideally no longer than 8mins in total which is honestly not sane at all) There was a disgusting mucky vinegar small for so long and the sheets and towels were all stained. We ended up spending 50-70euros on extra bedding covers pillow covers, towels and air freshener. Please refrain from booking! This entire property shouldnt even be displayed as rental able! If i could give 0 stars I would, the 1 star is for the lretty good communication

What is advertised is not what we got

First of all, we needed to wait 24 hrs, before we got a blanket, the answer of the owner is you have a spare sheet, and you can use the heater, with an outside air temp of 7 deg C. Apartment is very noisy, unable to open the windows, due to the Main Street. The good point is you do not have to go far to dispose of your rubbish, because around 5 am everyday the rubbish trucks empty them so again extremely noisy. The washing machine spinner does not spin, therefore your clothes are drumshed. Owner response you do not use the correct program. At the same time she does not gives us what program we should use. Regarding the hot water, well showers are timed no more than 3 minutes and do not wash your hair otherwise your partner has to wait 30 mins to have some hot water. Positive point shops nearby, and metro. To conclude the owner told I will give your money back but you need to give me a good report, when I said NO her answer changed to well I will not give your money back. I DO NOT recommend the apparement to anyone. Extremely bad experience.
