Enjoy the city of Barcelona from this very well appointed three bedroom apartment with private terrace and beautiful sunset views. Barcelona's excellent weather will allow you to enjoy the terrace all year long.

Three bedroom apartment that comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with lots of natural light. There is one double bedroom with direct access to the terrace, and two single bedrooms (one of them has a bed that could actually sleep two kids).

The living room & dining room also have access to the terrace and have a sofa, a dining table, and a flat screen TV.

Renovated shower (December 2017).

Fully equipped and modern kitchen.

One of the apartment's most unique features is its terrace, where you can sip a glass of wine while you watch the sunset, or have breakfast, lunch dinner.

The apartment is a 7th floor with elevator. Internet is provided free of charge

Minutes away from Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia, and within the very quaint neighborhood of Gracia, this apartment is surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants. It is also very well connected to the rest of the city by subway (the stop is seconds away) and in 15 minutes you are in Plaza Catalunya (Catalunya Square). Gracia is one of Barcelona's most peculiar districts, with many pedestrian streets and lots of shops, boutique restaurants, etc.... and all within minutes of famous Paseo de Gracia.

Lovely Stay in Barcelona

We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona! This apartment is close to the metro, so we could get around fairly easily. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and there were food and coffee options nearby. There was plenty of space for us in the apartment, and we loved the rooftop balcony and the view!! Our host was very responsive, and she met us when we arrived to check us in. The only thing to note is that there is no AC, so keep that in mind if booking during the summer! Even with the fans running and windows open, it could get rather hot. Overall a lovely stay.

Convenient Stay!

Very easy check in process and explanation of the property. Large space with a beautiful balcony overlooking the neighborhood. All amenities listed were ready and available. It did get a little hot but fans were provided for each room. Really great location, convenient to everything we needed!

Central in a good neighborhood

We loved how easy it is to access all transit available in the area. Great cafes, wine stores and Mercados very close by. Host was very good at answering any questions we had. Would stay here again

Five Day Hola Pass- The Best!

This property is a great location. It was easy to get to from the airport and then a quick walk took you to the apartment. We loved the outdoor space.There were grocery stores close by. Once we got in, Adam was there to show us around. He was very helpful.

I was very appreciative that the host stayed up til midnight when our plane arrived so late. The deck was pretty. There were other issues tho: the shower was strange, no coffee or laundry detergent, I needed to ask for more toilet paper. The host was usually around 12 hours in response to inquiries

Great neighborhood and area

Property is in a great location with restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries nearby. Terrace is wonderful. accurately described online. It was secure building, felt very safe. The Dia grocery is 1/2 block away, has absolutely everything one would need. Recommend!

pas de climatisation et on a droit à 3 ventilateurs ancienne génération ! et un ventilateur au plafond qui ne fonctionne pas !! une fournaise !!!!!En plus la colonne de douche est vétuste et vous laisse un filet d'eau !!!!!!!!Sur la terrasse pas de parasol et pas d'éclairage car défectueuxA vous de voir même si le métro est tout proche à 300m

Adequate, economical, great location

The best part of the apartment is the location in Gracia if you want to not stay in a touristy area.The apartment itself needs some sprucing as to cover ceiling stains from water damage. The shower has poor water pressure but sinks were fine. We enjoyed the balcony. The beds were comfortable enough for us..needs a couple of sleeping pillows and the second bedroom needed a flat sheet. Mina, the owners son. Is very nice. The apartment needed cleaning..but not very dirty.
