Three bedroom apartment that comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with lots of natural light. There is one double bedroom with direct access to the terrace, and two single bedrooms (one of them has a bed that could actually sleep two kids).

The living room & dining room also have access to the terrace and have a sofa, a dining table, and a flat screen TV.

One of the apartment's most unique features is its terrace, where you can sip a glass of wine while you watch the sunset, or have breakfast, lunch dinner.

Minutes away from Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia, and within the very quaint neighborhood of Gracia, this apartment is surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants. It is also very well connected to the rest of the city by subway (the stop is seconds away) and in 15 minutes you are in Plaza Catalunya (Catalunya Square). Gracia is one of Barcelona's most peculiar districts, with many pedestrian streets and lots of shops, boutique restaurants, etc.... and all within minutes of famous Paseo de Gracia.

We absolutely loved our stay. The flat was a perfect location to walk to some of the main attractions and the beds were really comfortable. Convenient Stay!

Very easy check in process and explanation of the property. Large space with a beautiful balcony overlooking the neighborhood. All amenities listed were ready and available. It did get a little hot but fans were provided for each room. Really great location, convenient to everything we needed!

Lovely Stay in Barcelona

We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona! This apartment is close to the metro, so we could get around fairly easily. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and there were food and coffee options nearby. There was plenty of space for us in the apartment, and we loved the rooftop balcony and the view!! Our host was very responsive, and she met us when we arrived to check us in. The only thing to note is that there is no AC, so keep that in mind if booking during the summer! Even with the fans running and windows open, it could get rather hot. Overall a lovely stay.

Gracia Stay

We loved staying in this off the beaten path neighborhood! The apartment is perfectly located near Gaudi sites, busy shopping and restaurants and a metro station. The apt has everything you need. Would stay again!

Great stay overall! We loved the Gracia neighborhood, so many great shops and vegan options for us. The apartment was lovely, had everything we needed for our stay. Grateful that Maria and her son were able to accommodate our late arrival since our flights were delayed. Always responsive and helpful when we needed it.

We spent a wonderful week in Barcelona . The apartment location was ideal. Easy to use public transportation. Barcelonians welcoming and friendly despite recent protests " NO MORE TOURISTS". Apartment spacious for three people. Great terrace. Host was warm, helpful and always available . Highly recommend !

In my opinion it is a wonderful apartment, beautifully located, everything is adequate and the roof terrace is a hit. You can look over Barcelona and enjoy the sun. The metro station is only 10 minutes far from the Apartment. All the things are very good

Lovely spacious apartment in Gracia

The apartment was a wonderful place for our 5 night stay in Barcelona. It was very clean and comfortable and offered lots of space. From the balcony there was a great view of Mount Tibidabo. We really enjoyed staying in the Gracia neighborhood away from the busy tourist areas. We chose to use taxis to reach the sites/areas we wanted to visit but public transportation was readily available nearby. We would definitely rent this apartment again on a return visit to Barcelona.

Lovely Apartment

This was a great apartment to stay for our short trip in Barcelona. It's centrally located, clean, and big enough for 3 adults to have their own space. Maria Luisa was an amazing host and so helpful! She provided us with tips and tricks for the city, as well as being available for flexible travel times. I cannot recommend her or the property enough!

Barcelona Brilliant

This clean, bright apartment is located with easy access to the excellent metro system in a lovely part of town. With three bedrooms it worked well for our small group and we enjoyed the terrace with a view! Shops, restaurants, and delivery were easily accessible. The building has an elevator and the host was great with communication. Highly recommend.

One week in Barcelona

This property served our purposes well. The location is great with a short walk to metro and bus lines. Even walking downtown to the Gothic Quarter, El Born, or La Rambla is only 30-40 minutes. The accommodation was great and the view of the mountains from the balcony patio was beautiful. We had everything we needed like a french press and umbrellas to launch us off each day. There were several restaurants on the same street, and little supermarkets to pick up breakfast and snacks. Fresh fruit stores and a bakery on the same block made it very convenient for snacks and breakfasts. Overall great experience.

Awesome location and great views

We loved the terrace and view of Tibidabo from the apartment. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great to have. There are coffee shops, bakeries, grocery stores and anything you would need within a block or so from the door. The metro was a couple blocks away and made for easy travel about the city. During our stay it was hot and humid in the city. The ceiling fan in the living room was broken and there were three small fans available for us to use in the bedrooms but there was not much airflow. If you need AC, this is probably not the place for you but we were able to sleep well after taking a cooling shower before going to bed after exploring the city all day. Would definitely stay here again in a non summer month.

Amazing views and community...

I woke up in the morning looking at the mountains. The apartment was clean and enough space for four people. Public transportation allows you to navigate Barcelona easily. The views in the evening are even more amazing. I enjoyed being in a community instead of a tourist area. Fresh bakeries, markets and restaurants were within a five minute walk from the apartment. I chose to cook some days and eat out others. The kitchen is functional if you prefer to cook. This is my second visit to Barcelona and chose to stay in this apartment verses a hotel and it was amazing! The only downside is the apartment does not have air-conditioning but the fans made my stay comfortable. I plan on returning next year in September or October. I would highly recommend this apartment in the Gracia community!

Wonderful two month in Barcelona

My wife and I spent January and February of 2016 in the Apartment and enjoyed our stayed immensely. The apartment is centrally located a few minutes’ walk to Gracia, an area of Barcelona full of small boutiques, restaurants, and coffee shops. We could also walk to Pl Catalonia and gothic district (about 45 minutes’ walk), but the metro would be faster and more convenient way. Metro station is only two blocks from the apartment and three stops from Pl Catalonia. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars near the apartment. The unit itself is very clean and comfortable. It has three rooms, internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher and most important a beautiful view of mountain. We were very happy to be in beautiful Barcelona with nice weather and away from winter of northeast United States. We look forward to coming back to Barcelona again and when we do this apartment would be where we would be staying. I highly recommend the apartment. Samii, Portsmouth New Hampshire U.S.A.

Great apartment in Barcelona!

This nice, clean and cozy apartment is located in a quiet street in the Gracia neighborhood with an AMAZING sunset view of the Tibidabo from its terrace. Miguel and Isabella were wonderful in receiving us and making sure we had what we needed and were available at all times. I don't give it 5 stars only because, and please take this as a constructive critique, it could use an AC unit for the summer months and a bigger shower space. The apt is small and well distributed enough to keep itself and all rooms cool with a single AC out in the living room in my opinion. Maybe I'm just too westernized! Other than this, great location central to most of Barcelona, nearby restaurants (you must try La Pubilla restaurant and La Finestra just a few steps away), metro stations and convenience stores. Dining on the terrace while the sun was winding down behind Tibidabo, feeling the summer night breeze while the temperature dropped a few degrees, was an incredible experience. 100% recommended place to stay!
