Great host and location!

Great location right near metro. Loved living in a local neighborhood for a week! Grocery and eateries nearby! Marta’s flat is a great option to consider!

Nice Clean Apartment

It was close to the metro and easy to get around. The apartment was cute and clean. Our second bed option was only a mattress on the floor, but this place was cheaper than some of the other options. The host was very nice and was helpful in giving us an overview of the city.

Barcelona stay

We had an amazing stay in a great location. Walking distance from a train line that connects to the airport - very easy to get to. And an arms length from a metro that connects you in the city. (But you are in the city in the location) The host was helpful and welcoming and we had a great stay. Some renovation work needed done inside the place - but it was scheduled to happen and it didn’t cause us any problem.

Centrally located and easy!

It was very easy to get around from the apartment. Only located up one flight of stairs, just steps from the Metro. Bathroom was spacious with great water pressure. Kitchen was fully stocked and all we could need. While the apartment does sleep 4, the couch/bed is a bit rough for adults to sleep on. Not much natural light and fans are a must to keep cool. Worth the price and the host was excellent.

The host double booked and we were left on the street

Worst experience ever. We booked about a few months in advance and the host messaged us a few days after reservation. On the day of our trip we kept messaging the host but never got the reply. When we arrived at the location (in the evening) we finally called her and thats when she told us the flat was already occupied. It was around 8 pm, we were in the middle of the street with our bags after a whole day of traveling. Vrbo also didn’t do absolutely anything besides give us the refund. We had to check in a hotel.

Matic, tiene toda la razón del mundo. Esta pagina web no sincronizaba bien los calendarios con otras webs. Por lo que provocaron un overbooking, y no solo eso, si no que no nos ayudaron ni a Matic, ni a mi. Intente que los realojaran, estuve al teléfono con Matic y con el numero de atención al cliente. Servicio nefasto. Y un año después, los anfitriones, recibimos este email: 04/12/2023 Hola: Es posible que la semana pasada notaras problemas con la sincronización entre tu calendario de Airbnb y el de Vrbo. Nos hemos puesto en contacto con Airbnb y hemos encontrado una solución al problema. Revisa las reservas recientes y asegúrate de que tus calendarios son correctos y están al día. Si sigues teniendo problemas, actualiza la sincronización de tu calendario. Todas las cancelaciones causadas por reservas por duplicado mientras se producía este fallo se anularán automáticamente. Sentimos las molestias. Muchas gracias, El equipo de Vrbo Esto no es la primera vez que pasa. Ellos eran conscientes de que su plataforma tenia y tiene fallos de sincronización. Stink Stank Stunk!

No, it's not how the Grinch stole Christmas! It's Marta's moldy flat! Those who gave this high reviews must have very low standards. This place is a dump! When we saw the mold, we refused to stay there. Inhaling mold causes health issues. My husband and I then had to walk around for hours trying to find an available hotel at the last minute. When I showed Marta the pictures of the mold and demanded a refund, she pretended not to speak English and proceeded to ignore me. We have filed a formal complaint with VRBO. Shame on Marta and shame on VRBO for allowing an apartment to be rented in this condition!

Beyond my expectations ...

I asked her for a ride from the airport; I had read that for 25€ she'll go, despite flight arriving at midnight she went. It was as if a family member had come for us, Marta is such a nice lady, I felt as if I knew her for years. She took time even though it was 1am to show us in the map our surroundings and gave us tips on how to go around the city and saving on the metro card. Her apartment is so conveniently located to everything, we walked to eat, grocery store. Metros are near by and with her advice we were able to make the best of our trip. Camp Nou is walking distance which was our main point of interest. She checked in to see if we needed anything and she responded quick when we text her. We left Barcelona with the desire on coming back to her place. I almost booked somewhere else and I'm so glad I didn't. This was such a good choice....Marta we will come back and stay at your place again. Thanks for everything.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé! Arrivés par avion à El Prat nous avons suivis les conseils de Marta et c'était parfait. L'appartement est excellement situé proche de toutes commodités avec magasins et supermarché mais aussi en transport avec bus, métro et train! L'appartement est correct pour 3 personnes (2 adultes 1 enfants). Il faisait chaud mais nous avions des ventilateurs donc ça a été. Il y a quelques petites réparations à faire (bouton du four, baguette de seuil de la salle de bain et porte papier toilette, etc) sinon tout est ok! Ce n'est pas un palace mais au vu du tarif, vous trouverez difficilement mieux! Marta est une hôte très agréable, réactive (nous nous sommes retrouvés bloqués dehors, elle nous a dépanné en 15 minutes!) et elle est de très bon conseils!

Notre séjour à Barcelone s'est très bien passé. Marta est très accueillante, à l'écoute et parle français ce qui facilite la communication. La procédure d'arrivée est très claire et précise. Marta nous a attendus malgré le retard de notre avion. Elle indique également les transports de l'aéroport à la location. Le logement est très propre, fonctionnel et dispose de touts les équipements nécessaires. Il est idéalement situé, proche de la place de Catalunya, de Montjuic, des ramblas, de la gare Sants (10mn à pied), des commodités et le quartier est sympa. Point positif également, on entend pas le bruit de la rue. C'est une location parfaite pour un jeune couple pour visiter Barcelone sur quelques jours, nous y sommes restés 5j.

Nous avons séjourné chez Marta pour un voyage en famille pour découvrir Barcelone. L'appartement est fidèle a l'annonce, très propre et très bien situé. Station de métro proche de l'appartement. Quartier Montjuic à deux pas. Très bon échange avec Marta la propriétaire, une personne adorable aux petits soins❤ Je recommande ce logement a 100%

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Marta ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Im Vorfeld hatten wir schon Kontakt per WhatsApp, wo sie uns schon wertvolle Tipps gegeben hat. So sind wir ohne Probleme vom Flughafen zur Wohnung gekommen. Dort hat Marta schon auf uns gewartet. Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig, die Metrostation ist direkt vor der Tür. Ebenso Einkaufsmöglickeiten.In 10 Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Wir haben in den Betten gut geschlafen . Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Wohnung könnte hier und da eine Renovierung vertragen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und Marta war jederzeit für uns da!

C'était un séjour agréable

L'appartement est très propre bien équipé , bien situé à côté de la station métro L1 Plaza Sants, environ 10 min Plaza catalunya où il y a les malls + autre 10 min la playa. La propriétaire est très gentille et serviable et parle français.

Alojamiento cómodo y acogedor

Nuestra estancia en el piso de Marta ha sido muy agradable, bien equipado, acogedor, no se escucha ruido exterior, la cama muy cómoda, nos sentimos como en casa. Tiene una situación ideal en un barrio tranquilo con todas las facilidades cerca, muy bien comunicado con la estación de metro a 50 metros donde pasan 2 líneas que permiten llegar al centro histórico y Sagrada Familia en menos de 15mins. Marta es una anfitriona muy simpática y disponible en todo momento, nos ha ayudado mucho, el trato ha sido inmejorable. Muy recomendable!
