GOTHIC PICASSO 1 APARTMENT

The loft apartment is inspired by the surrounding Gothic Quarter. It is located on the 1st floor with elevator access. It has one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower unit, lounge-diner with kitchenette and a sofa.

The apartment is in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. Here, the remains of the old Roman city can be found, as well as the group of medieval palaces and convents that are the heritage of a splendid past. Barcelona was the capital of the Catalan counts and monarchs for five hundred years.

A wide selection of bars and restaurants with trendy furnishings are found just a few steps from the apartment. In spite of this touch of modernity, the historic Gothic Quarter of Barcelona still retains the old bohemian personality that characterized it before it became one of the most popular areas of the city, frequented by local inhabitants and tourists. The apartments are very close to one of Barcelona’s most renowned Gothic buildings, the church of Santa María del Mar.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security. There are security cameras at the building entrance and stairs.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

OTHER CHARGES- Tourist tax not included in the final price

The place suited my needs and everything inside the apartment worked well. Bedroom was small with 2 single beds cramped in it. Keys were where they were meant to be inside the lockbox.

Great Apartment in Barcelona

Apartment was clean. It felt very safe and secure for me as I was a solo female traveler. Check in process is very easy if you watch the check in video in its entirety. Perfect size for what I needed. Clean and comfortable. Communication with host was great. Would definitely stay again!

Incredible apartment!

First time in Barcelona and loved this apartment. Easy to find and excellent communication with the host. Very clean. Most of all, an incredible location in the gothic quarter. Lots of restaurants/bars/cafes within walking distance and easy to get to metro/bus to see all the attractions. Would highly recommend. 10/10.

Great location, clean and secure

Located in the middle of a bustling district filled with shops, bars and restaurants. This is the place you want to go to be in on the Barcelona night life. place was small, but functional and clean. Balcony is very cool. has a keypad lock on lobby entrance and key operated elevator for access. Could hold 3 people with double twin beds and hideaway bed in couch.

Nice apartment in Gothic Quarter

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. Overall a nice place to stay.pros: Apartment is exactly as shown in photos (unlike other places I stayed in Barcelona). Clean, comfortable and fully equiped. Location is very convient. Cons: Communication with host could have been better. Websites provided to precheck in and review check in instructions did not work in the United States but we were able to fumble thru, find lock box and get to room, without viewing checkin video. washer and dryer were difficult to figure out: one washer took about 45 mins but the other took about 3 hours to complete and both ( i thought I selected the same cycle). dryers were similarly odd, one did not work while I had to try several different cycles to find one that worked on working dryer. Since they were in common area, I did not want to leave/go too far but it took over 6 hours to do 2 loads of clithes. maybe find a different way to clean your clothes.

Det saknades läslampor i sovrummet som var väldigt litet, det saknades också badrumshylla. Något fler galgar vore bra. En lampa vid soffan och någon form av soffbord (tex pall som går att fälla ihop och ställa i garderoben) skulle förbättra helhetsupplevelsen. Läget/kvarterets utformning gör att det i princip inte kommer in dagsljus, och utsikten är obefintlig (det är inget värden kan göra något åt). Trapphuset är nätt och hissen inget för den med klaustrofobi såsom ofta är fallet i Barcelona. Varmvattnet räcker till två supersnabba duschar eller en person som duschar därefter behöver man vänta en god stund innan varmvattnet räcker igen. En hel del ljud når in under sen kväll, går det att ljudisolera bättre mot gatan? Samtidigt vill jag förmedla att läget är toppen, i köket fanns ALLT man kan behöva, tvättmaskinerna fungerade bra, inga problem med värme/AC och jättebra kommunikation med värden. Helt, rent och fräscht. Bra wifi. Jag fick ungefär vad jag förväntade mig, men inte positivt överraskad.

I come to Barcelona a lot for leisure and would usually stay in hotels. I booked an airbnb this time just to have the freedom of 'feeling like home'. The communication was great from the moment I booked, instructions for checking in was straightforward and an easy step to follow. Arriving in Barcelona was great as usual, took a taxi to the Classbedroom location and was pleasantly surprised as to how close it was to local amenities like Barcelonetta, Las Ramblas and a cute coffee shopright at the door step. Getting into the building was easy with the app and the apartment was clean, everything was in its place and it was quite secure. The host is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for something that's quiet and close to restaurants and bubbly night life of Barcelona

So happy with my stay at Class Bedroom. Nothing fancy – just clean, and an amazing location. The host was communicative and made the whole checking in process really easy. This is a great place to stay, right in the center of all of the most beautiful restaurants and shops, and a quick walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to explore Barcelona.

This is a great apartment for people wanting to be out and about for their stay in Barcelona. The apartment is very basic but it’s got all you need and equipment for cooking if you’re trying to save on some money. It worked for us because we came to Barcelona for Primavera Festival so we were out and about most of the time anyway. It was clean and tidy and check-in/ out was made really simple. It was a little pricey in terms of how basic the apartment is, but it’s worth it for the great location. In the heart of the gothic quarter next to loads of cool bars and restaurants. Would deffo recommend and would probs go back for the same type of holiday. ????
