We had a wonderful time at this apartment. It is right in the middle of things. It is quite a good size, is near the metro and tons of restaurants. We rented bikes for the week right across the street and used this as a perfect home base. The host was very responsive.

Ayman was very welcoming and clearly explained how to get into the building and into the unit and the house rules. Was a very stylish flat and very roomy. We wish there would have been more towels and washcloths as well as paper towels.

I stayed in Barcellona for a few days with a friend and we chose this amazing apartment for our stay. It is located just behind La Rambla which is a super plus if you need to be close to the main touristic spots. The apartment itself is very fresh and cool, big and with a lot of light coming from many big windows. It has everything one needs, including a washing machine, a big tv screen, and so on.. the two rooms are comfortable, both with double beds. One in particular has a lot of space that’s arranged with a writing table and armchairs, more like a studio than a bedroom. The only con we could find, the apartment doesn’t filter the noise coming from outside, making a couple of night a bit rough.

Notre hôte Ayman a été très à l’écoute et rapide dans ses communications avec nous, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec la machine à café et il a tout de suite réagi en achetant un autre appareil. L’appartement était somme toutes bien, avec lave linge que nous avons apprécié. Par contre, bien que nous sachions que le quartier gothique est très animé, l’appartement est dans un secteur particulièrement bruyant pratiquement tous les soirs lors de notre séjour. c’est un vieil édifice qui n’a aucune insonorisation….cela nous a vraiment dérangé et nous n’avons pas vraiment dormi.Nous suggérons à Ayman de laisser des instructions claires à ses locataires concernant fonctionnement machine à café, laveuse linge, télé, etc…également, d’installer des rideaux plus opaques ou toile car pas d’intimité.
