Better than the pictures

This is a great location and a nice neighborhood. The interior is different than the pictures and I found it much more pleasing than the pictures. The owner should update.

Convenient and fine apartment

Great location only a couple of minutes from the L5 metro and only a couple of stops from the centre. The apartment is a bit dark (no windows) but the bedrooms, living area and kitchen are all fine. We had a great stay. Thank you

Very clean and nicely organized cozy apartment!

Overall it was great experience staying. It was very hot in Barcelona for the days when we were visiting the city, the air conditioning was super. Owner mind the details of the apartment very well and is a comfortable place to stay. Thank you very much!

Lovely comfy apartment

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Smooth and quick communication with host, flexible entry options, great location. The apartment was well equipped (as described) and there was everything that we required inside. The only downside for someone could be the fact that all the windows are facing the inner yard, but we knew about that and we didn't need any scenery in the window. Thanks a lot for the stay and hope to see you next time!

Nice location, noisy neighbors

The pros of this apartment are the location, the elevator, and plenty of space. Noise was an issue. The main bedroom has a closet that has a paper thin wall that allowed the neighbors voices to be plainly heard. Luckily the noise usually stopped by 11. We ended up sleeping in the room with 2 beds and we didn't hear the noise, so this is an option. The digital check in was a little stressful but ultimately we figured it out.

Buena localización. Bien de limpieza. Hay que estar al tanto con el check-in previo, que deberían de remarcar que es obligatorio hacerlo unos días antes.Tened en cuenta que hasta las 23 o 23.30 se escuchan a los vecinos en la habitación de matrimonio. Lo que pasa es que los vecinos de arriba hicieron fiesta el último día hasta la 1 o así de la noche y si que molestaban más.

The apartment was in a great location and clean and as described with all that we needed for our stay. Just a very short walk from the Metro. Communication was good with the hosts. As others have mentioned, the walls / floors are thin and there was a fair amount of noise from upstairs flats during our stay (recommend earplugs).

Nos dieron muchas facilidades para ajustar nuestra hora de llegada y de salida. Estuvieron pendientes en todo momento por si necesitabamos algo. Muy recomendable.

Piso en el ensanche, un barrio tranquilo y a la vez céntrico de la ciudad. La finca es antigua pero el piso, reformado, ofrece todas las comodidades. Las paredes son algo finas y por eso es facil escuchar a los vecinos, pero a partir de las 23:00 la actividad cesa y no tuvimos problemas para descansar.

Appartement très pratique, tres bien équipé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cet appartement. Il est très pratique et très bien équipé. Le seul bémol est le fait qu'il ne possède que des fenêtres sur des cours étroites donc pas de vues. En été c'est sûrement un avantage car ça préserve de la chaleur mais à l'automne et en hiver, on regrette de ne pas voir davantage le soleil. A part ça, c'est un appartement agréable à vivre et les personnes qui le louent sont très réactives !

Séjour très agréable

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Petit supermarché juste en face Accès en métro pour aller vers le centre, la Sagrada Familia, le quartier de Gaudi, ainsi que Camp Nou dans l'autre sens. Séjour très sympa, il y a tellement de choses à voir à Barcelone !
