It consists of three bathrooms, three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two separate beds, living room with sitting area and TV, fully equipped kitchen with freezer and refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave oven and also a dining area for six persons. The apartment has a roofed terrace with lounging area overlooking the garden, ideal for a peaceful breakfast. The apartment is air-conditioned. The guests can use shared pool and billiard table in the garden. There's also a shared entertainment and play room with TV and sitting area for 10 persons. Private parking space is at your disposal. Unsere gebuchte Ferienwohnung in Peresiji

Die Umgebung wie Beschrieben. Die Vermieter sind sehr Gastfreundlich. Das Haus ist sehr alt aber renovierungsbedürftig. Die Bäder müssten saniert werden. Wolldecken Inletts und Teppiche sind unhygienisch. Wir hatten sofort alle Räume geputzt. Die Küchenzeile ist schmutzig und dass Inventar unvollständig, zu wenig Kaffeelöffel Tassen es fehlte ein Toaster und die Kaffeemaschine war defekt.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Lage ist sehr zentral. In 30-45min sind alle istrischen Touristenziele erreichbar. Die Temperaturen waren sehr heiss, daher hat der kühle Pool immer für ausreichende Abkühlung gesorgt.

Sehr Gastfreundlich und gepflegt

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Vermieter waren sehr Gastfreundlich und auch das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Der kleine Ort ist nur 25 min. Zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Wasser ist es ca. Eine halbe Stunde Autofahrt. Also ich würde da auch noch mal Buchen denn es war sehr schön.

abgelegene Lage aber! prima Pool, drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, drei Badezimmer, eins mit Waschmaschine, Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage, große Terrasse Osten, Süden und Westen von Istrien innerhalb einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. shampoo, Seife , Obst Wein alles schon da.

Ruim, fris, van alle gemakken voorzien en goede ligging

Prettige ontvangen op dag van aankomst. Verrassend ruime woning. Voorzien van zeer goed werkende airco. Keuken voorzien van alle gemakken. Zeer ruim dakterras. Rustige ligging in het midden van Istrië waardoor alle bezienswaardigheden op circa 30 minuten rijden liggen. Mooi en schoon zwembad. Helaas waren de biljartkeus kapot en konden we daardoor niet biljarten. Ook was het tafelvoetbal ineens verdwenen. Ik raad deze woning zeker iedereen aan die vanuit een rustige omgeving Istrië wil verkennen.
