About this property

This cozy semi-detached villa offers lots of character in a country environment. It has lovely mature gardens with lots of plants, trees and shrubs. The accommodation is on two levels.

The main entrance is located under the shaded front terrace and leads straight onto the small lounge dining area with an open plan kitchenette totally equipped with all the basics. A small corridor to the right of the lounge area gives access to the twin bedroom and the full bathroom. Upstairs there is a further double bedroom with another full bathroom. Both bedrooms are supplied with one air conditioning unit.

Outside, the front shaded terrace leads down to the other paved terrace where the swimming pool is located. There is also a covered outside kitchen and a shower room.

Villa Sort is close to the Old town of Pollensa, and has a homely feel.

Finally, it has to be pointed out that villa Sort offers free Internet connection (Wi-Fi) and poll towels are provided. THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

Agréable maison de vacances

Ce qui m'a plus dans cette maison sont surtout les extérieurs: le jardin, les magnifiques plantes, la piscine très propre et la cuisine qui se trouve dehors. L'intérieur est un peu vieillot, sauf l'étage qui est plus joli. Ce qui m'importait était vraiment l'extérieur puisqu'on y passe le plus de temps. Il y a une route assez passante devant la maison. Ce n'était pas mentionné. Heureusement que la maison dispose d'une climatisation car il fait très chaud dans les chambres. Manque de vaisselle. Nous avons passé une excellent semaine dans cette maison. Elle est située très près du centre de Pollensa.
