Perfect location

Chose this as a base for cycling and it didn’t disappoint , close to the beach , restaurants , supermarkets , bike shops and 2 streets away from the main road to Pollensa . I really can’t fault it will definitely stay here again

Nice appartment with pool

The appartment is nicely located in the beautiful ressort town of Port de Pollenca in convenient walking distance to the beach. The appartment had everything we needed including access to a nice and well maintained community pool. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it without hesitation to anyone but especially to families with small children.

A Wonderful spot to stay in Port de Pollenca

The apartment was perfectly situated blocks from the beach. It was clean and roomy and had everything I needed in the kitchen. The owner was very sweet and accommodating. There’s parking everywhere near by. I enjoyed my time very much.

A dream location for road cycling!

If you're into road cycling, this place is perfect. It’s ideally located with direct access to scenic, low-traffic routes featuring smooth pavement and great climbs. The house is clean, comfortable, and peaceful—perfect for relaxing after a ride. The kitchen is functional but minimally equipped, fine for basics but missing a few essentials. Highly recommend for anyone looking to combine comfort with excellent cycling access! Owner was really helpful and communication was great. Really recommend!

Very clean fresh well located apartment- felt a bit basic eg chopping board and table mats plus more than one wine glass would have been nice! Problem with lack of water was sorted immediately- very central but still quiet

Disappointing

Basic apartment in residential area. Poor beds & sofa, all very tired & in need of replacement. Pool was murky & very small, surrounded by flats. Patio doors did not lock so we were unable to leave anything valuable when we went out. Air conditioning & bathroom were good along with close proximity to beach & Pollença’s marina.

vacances en famille à Majorque

Séjour agréable, Majorque est magnifique et Pollença station balnéaire familiale. L'appartement été correct, dommage que la propriétaire été injoignable, pas de cafetière expresso, un double des clés aurais été un plus , un miroir en plus aussi et gros point noir aucune insonorisation de la clim coté chambre parentale.

God beliggenhed i forhold til strand og indkøb

Fin lejlighed. En smule slidt. Det ville være fint med lidt mere service i køkkenet, f.eks vinglas og små tallerkner. Ligger ud til en lille vej/parkeringsplads med en del trafik støj. Men alt i alt en fin lejlighed

Saubere Wohnung in toller Lage mit Potential

Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig. Die Terrasse hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir hatten wunderbare Morgensonne und am Abend von 17-19 Uhr konnte man noch die Nachmittagssonne auf den Liegen im Innenhof genießen (April). Die Wohnung war leider sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Die Couch ist super unbequem. Es ist eine Metallbank mit Kissen. Auch wäre ein bequemer Sessel sinnvoll. In den Schlafzimmern roch es muffig (feucht). Trotz Lüftens wurde es nicht besser. Die Matratzen waren unbequem, die Bettgestelle waren sehr wackelig. Leider waren im April keine Bettdecke. vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir noch 2 Wolldecken, die aber nicht ausreichten und wir in langen Sachen geschlafen haben. Keine schönen Bilder an den Wänden. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, die Sauberkeit war voll ok. Mit ein wenig mehr Liebe für Details und bequemerer Couch/Betten ist es eine tolle Wohnung! Der Strand, die Nähe zum Supermarkt war einfach top!

Appartement bien équipé et bien situé

Appartement confortable et très bien équipé. Quartier calme (octobre) bien qu'à seulement 200m de la plage. Propriétaire très serviable qui n'a pas hésité à se déplacer pour nous indiquer la bonne entrée. Le numéro qui nous avait été donné était le 44 alors que notre entrée était au 42A. L'immeuble comporte trois entrées. Les chambres comportent chacune un placard de rangement mais on ne sait pas trop où poser les affaires du jour en allant au lit. Bilan globalement positif.

Es el segundo año que nos alojamos en este apartamento y de nuevo hemos quedado encantados. El piso es bastante amplio y dispone de todo lo necesario para estar durante una larga estancia, en nuestro caso de 12 días. Aire acondicionado en el salón y en las dos habitaciones, y una piscina comunitaria muy bien cuidada. Está súper bien ubicado, a escasos metros de la playa y del centro; y valoramos la vida de barrio (todo tipo de comercios a tu alrededor). La comunicación con Magdalena ha sido fluida y efectiva, y se agradece la limpieza que nos hicieron a mitad de nuestra estancia con cambio de sábanas y toallas. Si el año que viene volvemos, será nuestra primera opción.

Nice place, great location.

Used this as a base for cycling. Modern, clean, all facilities available. Really is 2 minutes from the beach and restaurants. Would use again. Only gripe was we couldn’t get in as we’d been given the wrong apartment number and so of course the key box code didn’t work.

Fonctionnel et très bien situé

Fonctionnel et bien équipé, cet appartement possède tout le confort dont on a besoin pour passer un excellent séjour. Il est très bien situé que vous souhaitiez juste profiter de la plage à 150 mètre ou visiter les nombreux sites historiques de l'île. Si vous avez besoin de quoique ce soit, il suffit d'appeler Maria : elle répond immédiatement. Je recommande.

Muy buena elección

Hemos quedado muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia. El apartamento era amplio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en este idílico lugar. La ubicación es excepcional, a escasos metros de la playa, y aunque está muy céntrico, el barrio es muy tranquilo. Hay facilidad para aparcar por la zona. La zona comunitaria está muy bien cuidada y se agradece un refrescante baño después de la playa. El apartamento dispone de un lavadero amplio, que a nosotros nos permitió guardar las bicis . La comunicación con el propietario ha sido muy buena, y muy predispuestos para ayudarnos con cualquier necesidad extra. Si volvemos, repetiremos seguro.
