This is our 2nd time staying at this property. Its spacious and clean and has everything we need to feel at home while in Port de Pollensa. The location is perfect- within walking distance to the grocery store, beachfront and numerous bike rental shops. We love the property and will always stay here when we visit Mallorca!

Our review

Overall a very good experience, the property was accurately listed clean and tidy, the only real issue was with the troublesome exterior lock which required a certain knack to operate.

Good flat but owners are fraudsters

We spent five nights there. Good location, clean flat, all ok. No complaints. However when we left the flat very carefully and clean we got charged 100€ extra for a damage at the cooking plate that we found there already when we moved in. I got in contact with Maria explaining the wrongful charge and she excused, telling we would get our 100€ back. Several weeks after she confirmed that the payback would have been already assigned, we still had no money back on our bank account. She promised twice thereafter that it’s only a matter of time and the delay was due to fewo-direkt, the platform we booked on. Summary after 6 months: No more replies from her and we never got back our money. I wonder how many renters had to pay an extra 100€ for a damage they were not responsible for. Fraudsters overall
. I am deeply disappointed!

Schöne, saubere Wohnung. Zum Strand,Promenade u Supermarkt wenige Minuten. Balkon leider zur sehr belebten Strassenseite. Bett fĂŒr uns etwas zu schmal u die Federn der Federkernmatratze gespĂŒrt. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt. Sehr gut, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war. Checkin mir Code war problemlos Leider blieb unsere RĂŒckfrage bzgl des fehlenden SafeschlĂŒssels unbeantwortet.

Idéal pour deux

Nous sommes venus en voyage de noces, l'appartement est trÚs beau, bien situé et trÚs agréable.L'arrivée est simple, avec une boßte à clefs, et la sortie aussi facile.L'appartement est à 180m de la plage et 200m d'un kiosque de location de bateaux à voile, kayaks et paddle, ce dont nous avons bien profité.Nous avons également apprécié la présence d'une machine à laver.La piscine est partagée avec l'immeuble.

tres bien

appartement trés propopre, bon emplacement, au mois de mai aucun probléme pour stationner notre véhicule proche de la location. Nous n'avons pas utiliser la piscine. la propriétaire est facilement joignable par SMS.

Appartement agrĂ©able, idĂ©alement situĂ© dans un quartier calme, proche du front de mer, des commerces et restaurants. Jolie piscine, non testĂ©e. Parking proche.Équipement de base suffisant pour un court sĂ©jour, mais perfectible. Il manque de quoi accrocher les serviettes, pas de plat allant au four, pas de thĂ©iĂšre.

Buena experiencia :)

En general tuvimos muy buena estancia, sin problemas. El departamento estĂĄ cerca a todo. A solo minutos de caminata hacia la playa, restaurants, supermercado,etc. Una crĂ­tica constructiva, estarĂ­a bueno tener frazadas extra en caso de que haga frĂ­o, un par de utensilios extra y productos bĂĄsicos de limpieza Disfrutamos del lugar :)

Perfect location!

We absolutely adore Mallorca and especially Port the Pollença! This is the first time that we actually live here and not just visit. The ad for the apartment said 180 m to the beach but I think it is closer! Apartment was very nice. It was lovely to be able to wash couple of loads of clothes and enjoy a cool dip in the pool with felt like we had all to our selves. Only little minus is parking, but honestly that is to be expected when you stay at the heart of everything. We will return!

Tres bien situé au calme

Visite 1ere quinzaine de juillet : Les points forts : petite residence au calme mais proche de tout, piscine privée de bonne taille. Literie trÚs confortable. L'ensemble est tres propre. Il manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner. Nous recommandons cette location. Les points négatifs : à l'arrivée aucun produit de premiÚre nécessité : un fond de liquide vaisselle, un fond de savon à main et aucun produit d'entretien, pas de sacs poubelle d'avance donc il faut tout acheter et ce qu'on laisse à la fin du séjour ne sera visiblement pas laissé pour les locataires suivants Communication minimale avec Maria (nous a envoyé 2 rappels automatiques pour paiement du solde alors que nous etions dans les temps pour le faire, ne répond pas à nos messages cordiaux d'arrivée et de départ faits en espagnol mais nous avons bien eu les infos pour l'arrivée 48h avant comme prévu) C'est dommage

Convenient location

Love Majorca and normally rent a villa in the Pollenca area, this year we thought we’d try an apartment with easy access to the beach and amenities. This apartment had excellent reviews which swayed our choice. It was very convenient for the beach and amenities but was not the best or quietest location situated on a main thoroughfare which was quite noisy. In fairness, it was in a residential area and some noise should probably be accepted. Being on the ground floor the terrace wasn’t very private but ok. Basic amenities in the apartment, there were only two of us but we had to ask for an extra wine glass and a new corkscrew, basic requirements. We would also have appreciated the option of two pillows rather than one each. The advert stated there was another tub, unfortunately we couldn’t find it and having asked another resident in the block, they didn’t know where it was either. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to stay in Port de Pollensa!

The appartment was the perfect location to everything- the beach was a couple of blocks away, the bike and car rental shops were around the corner and the grocery store was a short walk away. The place was spotless when we checked in and was a nice large space to relax in after a long day of bike riding or beach exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and when we didn't feel like cooking there were plenty of nearby restuarants to choose from. It was a quiet location close to everything we needed. We would love to come back and stay here again, but for longer as we fell in love with the island!

Gute Wohnung

Die Wohnung war Sauber und alles war vorhanden. Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert, immer sehr schnelle Antworten. Lage super 2-3 min bis zum Strand und vielen verschiedenen Restaurants. Parkieren muss man auf dem Öffentlichen Parkplatz/Strassenrand - immer sehr voll und eng und daher mĂŒhsam. Im Inserat steht das ein Parkplatz vorhanden ist - dem war nicht so. Sonst war alles so wie angegeben.
