Built in 2019, Luxury Vau Beach Villa has Portuguese noble stone finishes and modern, minimalist décor. Spacious rooms with large windows and plenty of natural light.

It accommodates a maximum of 8 guests in four double bedded rooms. All rooms have private ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and TV.

It has six bathrooms, one complete ensuite with shower in each room, one service on the ground floor and one complete with bath on the lower floor.
Rooftop terrace with sea view, with tables and chairs and terrace with tables and armchairs on the ground floor to enjoy magnificent sunsets.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, citrus juicer, blender and all utensils for preparing and serving meals.

Living room equipped with air conditioning, fireplace, cable TV and Wi-Fi.

Private heated* pool with deck and lawn with surrounding garden, sun loungers, barbecue and dining area.

The house has three floors with access by an interior staircase. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a balcony with tables and chairs. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, the kitchen, the living room, the dining room, a service bathroom and a balcony with table and armchairs. On the lower level, at pool level, there is a laundry room, a bathroom with a bathtub and a gym area.

* Pool heating is available all year round and has a minimum extra cost of €200, plus €25 for each day for stays longer than 7 days.


Municipal Tourist Tax

For all guests aged 13 or over, staying in the municipality of Portimão, a municipal tourist tax is applicable for reservations made after March 14, 2023.

The municipal tourist tax involves the payment of €1 per person, per night spent, between November 1st and March 31st and €2 per person, per night spent, between April 1st and October 31st.

The fee is charged per person/night in all tourist resorts and local accommodation establishments, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person/stay.

Portimão's municipal tourist tax came into force on March 14, 2024, and is applicable to all overnight stays in all reservations made after that date.
