Family Holiday July 2023

5 mins drive from Campos in isolated location. Perfect spot for peace and quiet yet only 5 mins from beach. Easy access by car to all areas. Plenty of room for our 3 teenage children. AC in all rooms, loads of fridge/freezer space and lovely pool. Rose and Juan excellent hosts - on hand to provide advice but also happy to leave you to your holiday.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this property owned by a lovely couple who went out of their way to help us. The house was very homely and easy to live in with lots of space and a fantastic pool that we all enjoyed. We felt like we struck gold staying here as there were no neighbours and it was only a 10 minute drive from charming Campos where we enjoyed the market on Saturday and two delicious meals. We had a car so explored Soller and Fornalutx on the west part of the island as well as spending many days visiting all the different beaches on the southeast of the island and Es Trenc in the South just 10 minutes drive away. All the beaches we researched were fantastic. Ses Selines also came up trumps with a great little wine bar/ restaurant called Mon de Vins which was very Mallorquin and charming and Santanyí was fun to visit too. The house was a fantastic location to explore the island and all in all we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you so much Rosa.

Wonderful Finca in tranquility

We (two adults and four children) stayed 9 nights at this amazing Finca in August. Rosa and Juan, the landlords, took good care of us over our stay. We arrived with our car by ferry very late. Nevertheless they welcomed us with at night, and they also bought some things for the upcoming breakfast. Very kind. Also the supported us with infommation about the island. Very uncomplicated. Very clean Villa with amazing pool. The property is huge, very silent. For families extremly comfortable. Finally this will not be the last time, that we visited this appartment.

A perfect stay

We loved our stay at Juan and Rosa’s property. The house itself is perfect and had everything we needed as a family. The full kitchen was especially important for us travelling with a child. The house is comfortably furnished and everything works well - I would say that the pictures don’t do it justice, it’s even better in reality. The outdoor space is also lovely, and it was really useful having both an outdoor laundry room and an outdoor shower - especially when you come back from the beach. The pool is a good size and very welcome on those blazing hot afternoons.It is perfectly located, 30 minutes from Palma airport, less than ten minutes from Campos and about five different supermarkets and the beach in the opposite direction, it’s also about 25-30 minutes to some of the most famous beaches on the southeast of the island. Despite this, it also offers perfect seclusion and tranquility. Finally, Juan and Rosa were the perfect hosts. Fantastic communication from the beginning and there to meet us, despite our flight getting in quite late. They also were always there to help if we asked for recommendations - even when it came to planning for our son’s seventh birthday!We can’t recommend highly enough.

Schöne Finca im Süd-Osten der Insel. Etwas versteckt gelegen, was aber ein großer Vorteil ist, man hat seine Ruhe. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und Rosa (Vermieterin) hat sich super gekümmert..... Muchas gracias!

Ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus von Rosa und Juan ist super schön. Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen, ruhigen Urlaub verbracht. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick über Felder und Land, hört die Schafe und Hühner und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten in Campos oder Sa Rapita am Strand. Es gibt immer genug schattige Plätze am Haus und auch der Pool ist angenehm erfrischend. Rosa und Juan sind sehr nette Vermieter und sind immer erreichbar, falls mal irgendetwas sein sollte. Von der Finca aus ist man mit dem Auto auch schnell in Palma oder an den verschiedenen schönen Buchten in der Umgebung oder auf dem Markt in Santanyi. Wir waren total begeistert und würden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren. Vielen Dank Rosa und Juan! :-)

Toller und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten das Haus für 1 Woche gemietet. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, genau das was wir gesucht haben. Toller Pool. Check-in war unkompliziert und wir konnten sogar etwas früher ins Haus. Super tolle Finca, die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und sehr freundlich. Alles top

Wer seine Ruhe vor dem Alltag haben möchte ist hier richtig. In einer wundervollen Landschaft liegt die Finca inmitten von Feldern. Morgends und abends kommen die Vögel und veranstalten ein Konzert in einer Bambushecke. Wundervoll. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Fantastic Villa with all you need in a beautiful location and lovely helpful owners.

We are a family of 4 who ended up stranded at Airport car hire company after loss of drivers licence. Rosa and Juan helped get us to Villa and took us to the supermarket and booked taxis for us. You won't find more caring owners. This meant we spent most of our time at the Finca with the swimming pool which was more than big enough for us and clean. Lots of places to sit outside, the sun loungers, the dining table, the bbq table, coffee table and comfy chairs. With 2 kids this was great as we could watch them while they were in the pool expect from the BBQ area. Plenty of shaded areas to sit when too hot. Lovely views all around. Inside air conditioning kept us cool and when kids wanted to stay in the wifi and smart TV kept them entertained. All the cooking facilities you will need with dishwasher, large fridge and separate freezer. If you needed to do laundry there is also a washing machine. As well as the inside bath/shower room there is the large outside shower room with toilet. Definitely recommend hiring a car which we did but couldn't use. Overall I would recommend the Finca and owners Rosa and Juan to all. When we return to Mallorca I will be looking here first to see if it's available. Ian, Ruth, Joel and Eva. Ayrshire, Scotland.

Ein super gepflegtes Haus mit allem Komfort den man sich wünscht. Wir waren mit 2 Familien 2 Wochen dort und haben uns absolut erholt. Man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause! In Wirklichkeit ist die Finca viel schöner als es auf den Bildern rüberkommt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und zuvor kommend! !! Very nice place

15 perfect days! Very nice house with a huge space and very quiet.Close to a beautiful beach and all facilities. After several places in Majorques, this is clearly the best.

Schönes , ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Ferienfinca in Alleinlage ( keine Nachbarn im Umkreis von 500m), und doch nahe zur nächsten Stadt Campos und zum Strand Es Trenc. Die Finca bietet alles was zu einem unbeschwerten Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus dazu gehört. Auf der großen Terrasse und am Poolbereich lassen sich schöne Stunden des Urlaubs verbringen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zu vorkommend. Diese Feriendomizil können wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus!

Wir haben zusammen mit unserer dreijährigen Tochter einen schönen Urlaub in dieser Finca verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben die völlige Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit genossen! Das Grundstück ist sogar so groß, dass man seine Runden joggen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich - es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war Super :-)

Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub!!! Die Finca ist, wie beschrieben, toll! Nicht nur, daß "unsere" Vermieter Juan und Rosa sich um alles liebevoll gekümmert haben, nein, es war perfekt! Die abgeschiedene Lage ist mit Kindern nicht zu übertreffen, kein Streß am Pool wegen irgendwelcher Liegen, Handtücher, etc. :-) Frühstück wann man möchte, nicht nur bis 9:30 ;-))) Auch die Lösung mit dem Außenbadezimmer erschließt sich schnell. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind massenhaft vorhanden. Und auch ansonsten alles da! Vielen Dank, wir kommen garantiert wieder!!! Olaf, Petra & Nic - der anfangs auch Im 22 Grad "warmen" Pool seine Freunde hatte!

This estate captivated us at first sight: a broad piece of land with a splendid view of the mountains. The house means very much to us, it has been our week-end home for many years. Our daughter enjoyed playing in the country, during her childhood and for us a rest from the stress of the city, peaceful and relaxing weekends and holidays, total disconnection.

What makes this property unique

Our favorite area is the porch, it is really spectacular. It offers a broad area where you can hang out all day during the summer season, as well as the sunny days in spring or autum. The pool area is beautiful and comfortable. During the summer nights you can lay down and look at the stars.
