Lovely single storey villa with pool on the outskirts of town so very quiet. Supermarkets are within easy walking distance and the owners have kindly provided a shopping trolley. We loved it so much we have already booked our return.

Great facilities

A really well equipped villa - a 15 minute walk to the town centre and 10 minutes to a supermarket. Some road noise but it did not bother us when listening to our favourite play list or podcast.

Great holiday

The villa is located in a residential area but within a 10/15 minute walk to many restaurants and the port. It is well cared for, comfortable and very well equipped. Plenty of room to laze by the pool. For the more adventurous it has close access to the main autoroutes to explore the island. There is some background road noise but not enough to be intrusive. We had a minor maintenance issue on arrival but Darren was swiftly on site to sort things out. All in all a great location and great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Great experience

We had a lovely stay in this villa. Most important to us was cleanliness and this was top class. The villa was well kept and much larger than we anticipated so that was a pleasant surprise. We knew it was near a road but this did not affect our enjoyment of the villa. There were rules given by owner but only to ensure the villa is kept in good condition for all guests. Any queries by us to the owner were answered promptly. Had a great time !!!

Amazing beautiful views from front although near a road you won’t notice it after a day can see the sea from the villa villa is so well looked after cleaner is spot on pool man is lovely and does a brilliant job Don’t have a negative about the villa !!! I would not recommend this area thou for elderly people with walking problems Taxis from airport was £18 euros Taxis into town we always said £5.00 euros so what ever they had a tip About 15 min walk to town 20 mins to main strip Beautiful island would definitely go again although go to a flat part

Spacious & clean, a lovely stay

This is a spacious, airy, secure and clean villa, with 2 double bedrooms and a twin, each with very good quality linen and comfy beds. The master has a big en-suite with a powerful large shower and a lovely inside/outside feel as you can open the window onto a mini courtyard (which I suspect is the fire escape) and feel like you're showering outdoors! The kitchen is a good size and well-equipped and off it is a super little laundry room with washer & drying space. The lounge is big enough for a family & you're straight out onto the patio and pool area. The pool itself is solar-heated and warm, it's lovely, especially when the local breeze is around! NB if you want it cold, just leave the cover off!! This is an easy 15-20 mins downhill stroll into town - take the detour via the Calle Agachadilla & Terrero, it's nicer - and we often caught a £3.50 taxi back. There's a good Dino supermarket half way, but they also deliver if you look online. It would be unfair in the interests of transparency not to note that the main road into town is next to the property so you will have some road noise & passing buses. However you can't really see it and it virtually stops at night, plus you cannot hear it inside anyway. After day 2 we didn't notice it at all. Don't let it put you off, the villa far outweighs this. We would highly recommend and will be back.

Lovely Villa and a lovely holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay. Villa is really lovely. Well equipped with everything we needed on our stay. It is very spacious and clean. Excellent TV too with an unlimited range of programs. This is probably our favourite villa we have stayed in but the location was a bit too far out for us - Not the villa’s fault just our preference! My father-in-law is in his 70’s and found the walk down to harbour and strip a bit taxing. We were glad to have a car to help us get around. It was worthwhile paying extra to have the pool heated which allowed us to use it every day. The pool area is one of the parts which could do with a little work. The pool edges are crumbling which means black grit is in the pool and when it was only cleaned once in our week it does retract from it a bit. The cushions for the sun beds are also not very appealing and could do with a bit updating in our opinion. Small changes would make a big difference. Would recommend this villa to anyone who doesn’t mind driving or walking to strip etc.

Great week in a lovely villa!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Fabio. The villa is spacious and spotless with everything you need for your stay and more.The pool was fantastic and clean and there is plenty of outdoor space. Previous reviews have mentioned the traffic noise and although we noticed it initially you do soon “zone out” so not a problem. Los Mojones is our favourite place in PDC due to being quiet and within reach of the harbour and the main strip.Natasha was a great host - very responsive pre trip and a pleasure to meet while we were there.

Great stay - again!

We have stayed in this villa a number of times and always had a great holiday. The owner communication is fantastic and the villa has everything you need for a great holiday. The pool was solar heated and a good temperature all holiday (but you can pay for it to be heated should you wish too). The villa is spacious, has a huge TV in the lounge with all the channels you could wish for if you don't want to venture out in the evenings. It's a short walk down hill into the old town and a 4 euro taxi ride back if you don't fancy walking up the hill or a pitstop at Kentia bar and restaurant half way up. A perfect place to stay when visiting Lanzarote.

Villa was lovely and clean , all amenities were great ! Shower in master bedroom with the full length windows open was great . Sofa in Lounge was very comfy and tv was very big 👍garden area was very private and south facing with good shaded seating area , pool was good size but could do with a slight refresh around the edge paving. But this did not detract from the overall great stay ,thanks xxbrilliant with cover

Great Holiday Villa

From start to finish we were totally satisfied with all aspects of the villa. It was immaculately clean and provided us with a great comfortable base to visit other areas of Lanzarote. We spent 4 days of our visit staying around the pool enjoying eating and drinking whilst soaking up the sun at times at 28 degrees. We hired a car as a convenient travel option but the beach and old town was only a 15 minute stroll down the road albeit slightly longer coming back up😎 Our host Natasha was more than helpful to be of assistance to us and was nice to know good close contact was at hand if needed. Totally recommend this villa.

Amazing!

A truly lovely property, and incredibly great service provided by the owner Natasha! Could not fault a thing, and will look to rebook here again in the future. From initial booking to departure we were cared for and nothing was to much trouble. The property was in immaculate condition and the cleanliness was above anything I have seen before. I purchased this property brand new the same year and month my younger son, Fabio, was born. The villa is named "Casa Fabio" in his honor. I do have another son, Oscar, but I must admit that "Casa Oscar" just didn’t have the same ring to it! Hosting gives me the opportunity to step away from my day job and focus on providing guests with a warm, welcoming space to enjoy their holiday.

I take great pride in the villa’s cleanliness and comfort, and it makes me incredibly happy when guests share positive feedback. I’m also fortunate to have a dedicated cleaner who helps maintain these high standards, and I love passing on those compliments to her.
