Country house and a guest house in a garden with direct access to a very peaceful (almost private) beach. The beach is just in front of the house. The garden is extended in different levels. The house offers amazing seaview and peaceful environment and is ideal for relaxation. The main house includes two storeys with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 livingroom and 1 kitchen. The guest house with breathtaking view, includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 livingroom with adjoining kitchenette.
This villa, located in Xiropigado, is ideal for 12 guests. It is consisted of a main house that offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 livingroom and a kitchen for 8 people and a guest house with breathtaking view with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a livingroom with adjoining kitchenette. It is ideal for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). The garden is shared with another twin house not owned by the host. Nevertheless the garden is big enough (4000 sqm) and half of it (2000 sqm) would be to the exclusive disposal of our guests.
The kitchen of the main house is fully-equipped. The kitchenette of the guest house is without cooking facilities. Amenities and apparatus of the main house: smart-tv, central heating, air-conditioning, dish washer, laundry washer, microwave oven, coffee maker, indoor fireplace.

This is the family country house and we have wonderful memories from every summer spent there since we were children.
What makes this property unique
The house is privileged as far as location is concerned. The direct access to a very peaceful beach (almost private) just in front of the house gives the opportunity for retreat and relaxation. If you 'd rather be active, you may opt for swimming, fishing, windsurfing and snorkelling. The nearest vilage, Xiropigado is 1,5 km away and there you may find grocery stores, super market, beach bars, bars and restaurants. Astros (8 km) and Nafplion (15 km) are quite close and worth visiting. These places are vivid with interesting night life. Famous archeaological sites are accessible with car: Argos 24 km long, Mycenae 38 km long, Tirintha 39 km long, Epidaurus 52 km long.
