Excellent Appartement

This Appartement is perfectly well located for a relaxing holiday. Its quiet, directly situated at the sea side with direct access to the promenade, close to a nice beach 100m away and 10 minutes walk to supermarkets and Restaurants. It is also fully equiped, we didn`t miss anything.

A truly wonderful place to stay!

The property is really well presented with spacious rooms, numerous appliances (including two fridges), comfortable beds and furniture, a well equipped kitchen and lots of mains power outlets (always a plus these days with all of our devices). The view from the garden is spectacular, 180 degrees of ocean and a beautiful sun rise as a bonus. The present of two bottles of wine to welcome us was really appreciated! Cannot fault anything, just wish we could have stayed longer than two weeks!

Fully equiped appartment at convenient location

Very nicely furnished appartment with full ocean view on the terrace. Fully equiped with everything you could possibly need. We very much like its location in Bahia Feliz as well: it is quiet but in walking distance of restaurants and conveniently located to explore the island. The meet and greet was smooth with a warm welcome. The shared swimming pool is a plus as well.

Lovely, relaxing and scenic location

We loved the setting overlooking the ocean from our roomy patio. Great boardwalk to walk on just below our patio.The unit was spacious and well equipped.We were warmly greeted and gifted with some refreshing cold beer and a bottle of champagne in honour of our 50th wedding anniversary.We would highly recommend this rental. There were restaurants and a few shops within walking distance and we particularly enjoyed the Asian restaurant at the nearby hotel courtyard.The only things that could be improved are the supply of hot water...the tank was quite small and the living room seating was spacious but a bit uncomfortable for movie watching.

Perfect!

What a fabulous apartment. Sparkling clean, spacious bedrooms, and everything you need in the kitchen. Rafael was kind enough to leave us with wine and beer, kitchen supplies and soap to get us started. We especially enjoyed the patio in the morning, Listening to the waves as we drank our coffee. The heated pool is just big enough for lap swimming, and nicely sheltered from the wind. The location allows you to walk to Aguila beach, or towards the resorts in the other direction, restaurants, shops, and cafes within 10 minutes or less. It’s also nice to be only 10 minutes from all the attractions of Maspalomas, but still have a quiet, peaceful place to come home to. Rafael communicated with us by email in Spanish and English, and met us at the gate when we arrived. I hope to return someday! Two weeks was not enough!

Wonderfull apartment, gorgeous views

We loved our stay at Casa Ulrica. The appartment was really neat and well equiped. Two bedrooms with 2 personbeds, 2 bathrooms, a nice little kitchen. It has a nice garden with soft loungers and a big dining table. The views of the sea are amazing! We stayed in this complex, Altamar, before. It's really neat and beautifull and well maintained. The pool is warm and has great views of the sea. And what we like the most: it's really quiet. When you walk 5 minutes on the sea-boulevard to the east, you reach hotel Orquidea with sunbeds and pools everyone can use. There's a nice restaurant in the palmtree-garden: El Sultan. Also there's a small daytime tapasbar at the beach: Chiringuito. The beach is small and rocky but there are nice sunbeds. For a better sandy beach, walk 2 minutes to the west from Altamar. There's Anquila beach. Or walk 20 minutes (or drive 5) to the beach San Augustin. We will come back to Casa Ulrica, it was amazing!

Spitzenlage, direkt am Meer! Der Gastgeber Sr. Rafael und sein Sohn David sind super nett, wir wurden mit Bier und Wein begrüßt. Die Einrichtung des Appartments ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber sehr sauber! Deutsches Fernsehen ist nur möglich, wenn man selber ein Internetfernsehkästchen mitbringt.Uns hat der Aufenthalt jedenfalls sehr gut gefallen - vielen Dank!

Tolle Anlage

Schöner Platz, um sich den Sonnenaufgang anzusehen

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird, inklusive einiger Willkommensgeschenke wie Bier, Wein, Kaffee. Die Unterkunft ist im Erdgeschoss und man sieht von der Terrasse direkt aufs Meer. Schöner Platz, um sich den Sonnenaufgang anzusehen. Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.Die Lage (Behia Feliz) scheint ideal für Windsurfer zu sein, da tagsüber meist ein kräftiger Wind von Nordost kommt. Eine Surfschule befindet sich fußläufig in der Nähe.

Tolle Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Es sind nur ein paar Meter zum nächsten Sandstrand. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Der Esstisch draußen hat eine schöne Größe und der große Sonnenschirm dazu ist perfekt. Die Küche ist nicht besonders groß, aber die Ausstattung ist super. Herd und Backofen waren blitzblank, auch der Rest der Wohnung war super sauber. Das ist uns besonders aufgefallen. Wir haben uns gefreut über die Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung und die netten Aufmerksamkeiten in den Bädern. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß, ein bisschen dunkel, aber das Leben spielt sich ja sowieso draußen ab. Die Checkin Zeit von 17:00 Uhr fanden wir etwas außergewöhnlich. Wenn man danach erst losfährt zum Supermarkt, um einzukaufen was man so braucht, ist man den ersten Tag schon bis abends beschäftigt. Wir kannten uns ein bisschen aus und haben den Einkauf vorher eingeplant. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Good things Superb location, beautiful patio, excellent view, small but we'll equipped kitchen, lots of goodies including two lovely bottles of wine and some beer, excellent toiletries, immaculate towels and bedding, very clean, great WiFi The only bad thing was the hot water heater. Only just enough for one quick shower and then took an hour to heat back up again

Tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage und netter Vermieter!

Direkt am Meer und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche hier!!! Netterweise gab es zur Ankunft schon Getränke und Obst als Willkommensgruß, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, inklusive Salz/Pfeffer, Öl, Waschmittel etc. Die Wohnung ist nicht so einfach zu finden, da es keine offizielle Adresse gibt. Die Beschreibung der Lage sollte verbessert werden.
