Aloe Villa is an ideal choice for a holiday with comfort and discreet luxury It is a 128 m² maisonette just 3.5 kilometers from the center of Rethymno, built in a lush area, overlooking the sea, capable of accommodating up to 6 people.

The villa has three bedrooms, equipped with single and double beds, two bathrooms and an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The outdoor space will leave you fully satisfied as it has a 37 m² swimming pool, barbecue, lounge, playground and outdoor dining area to enjoy your food, coffee or drink while satisfying your senses from the idyllic surroundings.

Indoors, the fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, dishwasher, cookware, serving utensils etc. gives you the opportunity to prepare your meals
comfortably and safely and enjoy the company of your loved ones in the a dining area that can comfortably accommodate up to six people.

Ein Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Wir waren mit 4 Personen zwei Wochen in dem Haus Aloe. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen. Es war alles sauber. Zudem wäre während unseres Aufenthaltes das Haus auch 3 mal gereinigt worden. Wir haben es aber nur einmal reinigen lassen. Die Handtücher haben wir selbst gewaschen. Die Waschmaschine ist top. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Besteck gibt es genau für 6 Personen. Es ist alles nicht der neueste Zustand aber es funktioniert. Der Kühlschrank/Gefrierfach ist großzügig. Die Spülmaschine ist zwar klein aber man muss sie eh nach jedem Essen anmachen. Ein paar Tupperdosen wären noch schön gewesen. Töpfe und Pfannen sind reichlich vorhanden. Den eingebauten Grill haben wir auch benutzt. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag vom Poolboy gereinigt. Der kommt in der Regel früh morgens. Den Whirpool haben wir auch genutzt, da es die letzten Tage etwas kühler war. Hier muss man wissen, wenn man das untere Zimmer hat, dass der Whirpool während des Heizprogrammes brummt und das natürlich auch in der Nacht. Alle Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe und sind mit Kleiderschränken ausgestattet. Hier ist mehr zum hängen als zum liegen. In einem Kleiderschrank befindet sich ein kleiner Safe. Das unteren Bad wurde wohl mal nachträglich eingebaut. Für sehr große Menschen ist es nichts. Ablagemöglichkeiten für Zahnbürste etc fehlt. Bei gleichzeitigem Duschen unten und oben, fällt leicht der Wasserdruck und es kommt auch nicht mehr ganz so viel warmes Wasser oben an. Im oberen Bad ist eine Whirlwanne verbaut. Wir haben sie nur zum duschen genutzt. Hier gibt es aber reichlich Abstellmöglichkeiten und die Waschmaschine. Toilettenpapier, Geschirrpültabs, Geschirrhandtücher, Spülmittel, Handseife war alles da. Jeder hat ein Handtuchset bestehend aus einen kleinen und großen sowie noch ein weiteres großes Handtuch für den Pool. Auf der unteren Terrasse ist ein Tisch mit 6 Stühlen und auf der oberen Terrasse sind Loungemöbel vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer haben auch alle Verdunklungsvorhänge. Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer und Wohnbereich gibt es auch, die wir aber nicht benutzt haben. Hierfür müssen alle Fenster geschlossen sein, da sich an den Fenstern Kontakte befinden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist hervorragend. Wenn man das Haus bucht, sollte man beachten, dass es sich auf dem Berg befindet. Bis in die Stadt sind es ca. 3 km. Wir haben mit dem Taxi von unten nach oben 10 € bezahlt. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Eine schöne Aussicht, ein Pool, ein Jacuzzi, Liegen und Ruhe. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Beautiful ,clean villa,just outside Rethymnon Town, Fantastic Pool and Hot Tub Peaceful,but near enough to drive into in 5-10 minutes Had everything you need for a lovely holiday Would recomend this villa and would return ourselves
