Within the Cretan countryside near the sea, a home away from home awaits for you!

Villa Anna is ideal for those who want to have quiet and relaxed vacation, near the sea but distanced from noisy hotels and cities as it is located in the small village of Asproulianos.

This villa is a large 125 square meter double-story house that can accommodate 6 guests with ease. On the ground floor is an open plan living and kitchen area, a bathroom and one bedroom. The living room is air conditioned and has a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. On the top floor are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit and both have spacious closets. Both top floor bedrooms have private balconies. The exterior grounds have a well-kept garden and a private swimming pool with sun loungers. Private parking space is also provided for. Other house facilities include a washing machine, steam iron and ironing board. Wireless internet covers all house areas. Baby cots and high chairs can be provided on request.

The sandy beach of Georgioupolis, one of the longest in Crete, is just 1 km away from the villa and is accessible by car or on foot (10 to 15 minutes walk). The beach is fully organized with sun loungers and umbrellas and there are restaurants and cafeterias along the beach road where you can enjoy your meal or a refreshment. Near to Villa Anna, at 1,5 km distance, in the village of Paralia Kourna, one can find all the necessary stores such as a grocery store, pharmacy and gasoline station. At the small and popular coastal town of Georgioupolis, just 3.5 km from the villa, one can find a supermarket, pharmacy, bank, ATM, restaurants, cafes and of course the beach of Georgioupolis. Just 5 km away is the beautiful lake of Kourna where one can enjoy a dinner at one of the many restaurants along the lake front. The city and Venetian old town of Rethymno is 20 km to the east while the city and Venetian harbor of Chania is 40 km to the west. The nearest airport is the Chania Airport (CHQ), 50 km away and Heraklion Airport (HER) is 101 km away from the villa.

Beautiful Villa with awesome pool and caring host!

We had a great time at the villa. Denis took care of everything and helped immediately when we needed something. The pool is awesome and the villa is cosy and has a great view to the mountains. We were very happy with the stay and can recommend it!

A beautiful week

Villa Anna was great and perfect for 6 people. We enjoyed staying here and had an amazing time. We mostly spent time in the morning or in the evening in the house, but there was everything we needed. Dennis was very friendly and provided information about our area. We definitely recommend this place.

We love it

Well-kept, clean and spacious house with Garden and terrace, great pool, quiet central location and a very nice landlord. Covered parking space for hire car (necessary!) available. We felt very comfortable during the two weeks.

Fantastic time in the villa Anna

First time Crete holiday and it was great! The Villa Anna has everything you need with good air-conditioning in each room,comfortable beds ,fabulous swimming pool and stunning views. Location for us was perfect,just short walks(15-20min) to the beach and shop ,5 min by car to the beautiful lake Cournas. We didn't get a car and used local taxi services, extremely quick and helpful! We had very welcom from Dennis and free cleaner service half way of our stay ! Very memorable time ,thank you ❤️

We had such a lovely week here. The villa was perfect. Nice clean rooms, lots of space and the pool was amazing. Lots of pool toys were provided and the pool was kept nice and clean. Dennis was the perfect host and was always on hand if needed. Check in was extremely easy and there were some waters and juice ready in the fridge which was much needed after a long day of travelling and a late flight. The villa was about a 10 minute walk to the local town of Kavros where there were some cafes and tavernas and a couple supermarkets as well as a beach. Georgioupolis was a longer walk. (About 35 mins). Taxis were very easy if no hire car. We will definitely be back

Loved villa Anna

Had a great stay (fortnight in August 23) would thoroughly recommend, very clean and as explained - received an extra house clean half way through which wasn’t advertised but really appreciated, I would recommend a hire car - it is 10/15 min walk to shops and restaurants but across a track towards the beach then road to the strip of restaurants and bars, shops etc - if you walk along the road then probably 2k + and wouldn’t feel safe doing this at night (no street lighting or paths) - however did see some people walking it. This didn’t affect us as we ate out then came back to the villa and drank overlooking the pool and amazing Mountain View. Dennis (host) very friendly and helpful Can’t fault this property- would return !!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer waren sauber, der Pool ausreichend und der Weg zum Meer ca 10 min zu Fuß. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dadurch konnte man den Urlaub ausgiebig genießen.

Schönes Haus an guter Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Der Pool war eine schöne "Abkühlung" am Abend. Das Haus liegt ideal, knapp 5 min mit dem Auto vom schönen Strand und auch zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wenn etwas ist, hilft Dennis einem sofort weiter und auch die Kommunikation im Vornherein war sehr angenehm.

Wunderbare Villa und tolle Vermieter

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Alles ist vorhanden, die Vermieter bieten auch die nötige Grundausstattung. Sie sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Hier kann man einen tollen Urlaub verbringen, ist etwas abseits vom Trubel, aber man erreicht alles schnell.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, es ist alles sehr sauber, eine gute Grundausstattung im Haus ist auch vorhanden. Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter war auch sehr gut, auf unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen! Am Wochenende (Samstag) war es zwei Grundstücke weiter mal etwas lauter , wahrscheinlich ist das so ein Partyhaus? Sonst war unter der Woche niemand da. Das muss aber auch nicht immer so sein. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder, ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Brilliant villa

What a beautiful villa in amazing surroundings, in a quiet location but close enough to walk to beach, shops and tavernas. We did hire a car for 7 days of our 2 week stay and visited some brilliant places. Dennis was amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Definitely recommend this villa.
