In a 11 acres of organic Olive grove, you will be welcomed by the two free horses of the Estate and by peackocks, pigeons, hens and geese. The house is 112 sq. m. in 600 sq. m. garden with private pool.
Through a secure gate you will enter the private paradise of the garden with the big pool and the lemon trees.
The architecture of the villa is a typical stone tower house of Mani area.
Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 guests in 2 double beds and 2 more guests in the living area double sofa bed.
The master bedroom upstairs has a private bathroom and an amazing 60 sq.m veranda with an endless view to the olive trees and the sea.
The bright stars at night are phenomenal and you will watch them with the telescope you will find here.
The ground floor has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with an open plan kitchen and access to the garden through 3 glass doors.
The beach is just 600m away - a 15 mins easy walk.

Schönes, ruhig gelegeens Haus

Sehr schönes Haus mit Blick in den Olivenhain. Grosser Aussenpool in gepflegter Gartenanlage. Inneneinrichtung sehr schön und bestens ausgestattet Küche. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man in Gythio. Bei Anfahrt zum Haus darauf achten, das man die Route aus Richtung Gythio nimmt, da von der anderen Seite die Strasse kaum befahrbar ist auf den letzten 200 Metern. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub können wir das Haus jederzeit empfehlen.

Great place!

We spend 4nights. REally nice place with all you need. The area is GREAT and the house has everything you need. Fridge was filled when we arrived which was very pleasant. A little downside as it was very hot is missing air con (though house has thick walls which keeps most heat away) and kids complained about wifi which is becoming increasing important.
