Contemporary single storey house 5 minutes from downtown and the marina, fully equipped, comfortable. Ideal rental for families.

This house is composed of a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bright living room with dining room and living room leading directly onto a south-facing terrace, a master bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with 2 beds bunk; the bathroom has a vanity unit and a walk-in shower.

The car park can accommodate 2 vehicles on a fully enclosed plot.

For your comfort, beds are made upon arrival. The bathroom and household linen is included in the rental. A cot and high chair will be available for the youngest.

For hygienic reasons, our animal friends are not accepted.

This place is amazing so spacious and extremely well equipped - apart free on the fact that we couldn’t find a kettle everything that we needed was there. Everything had been thought of. The area itself is very quiet and peaceful. We loved it! Happy to return if we get the chance.

Eine großzügige und schön eingerichtete Wohnung, eigene ein ganzes Haus mit Sitzplatz, Markise und abgeschlossenem Autostellplatz. Absolut alles da, was man braucht. Sehr stilles Stadtviertel von Brest. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum ist es zu weit, außer muss man zurück bergauf. Optimale Busverbindungen überallhin. Zwei Haltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Serge ist ein superfreundli her Gastgeber. Bäcker und Supermarkt auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen.Einzig der Kühlschrank ist sehr laut, wir haben ihn immer über die Sicherung ausgeschaltet. In der Wohnung ist wirklich alles, was man braucht.

EXCELLENTE LOCATION DE VACANCES A BREST

Je recommande cette location qui est dans un quartier très calme où boulangeries, poissonnerie, petits commerces sont à proximité. La location est très fonctionnelle et lumineuse, vous pouvez également vous garer dans la propriété. Les propriétaires sont charmants et sont à votre écoute au moindre petits problèmes et ils vous accueillent avec de délicieuses crêpes, du cidre et du jus de pommes. Beaucoup de sites ne sont pas loin de la location ce qui est fort agréable exemple l'océaonopolis, l'abbaye de Daoulas, le jardin botanique de Brest etc.

Serge nous a accueilli chaleureusement, avec beaucoup d’attentions très appréciées. Nous avons apprécié : l’emplacement, la propreté, l’accessibilité, la qualité des meubles et des matériaux, le petit jardin, la place de parking intérieure. Nous n’avons pas apprécié : RIEN, tout était nickel. Nous recommandons ce logement et nous y retournerons très certainement. Nous avons pu découvrir la ville de Brest et le Finistère en général, avec des paysages somptueux et ses lieux chargés d’histoire.

Une belle maison où il fait bon vivre !

Tout est parfait dans cette location, toutes les commodités sont là, de l'espace, du calme. La météo bretonne nous a même permis de sortir : dommage, nous aurions bien aimé profiter plus de la maison ! ☺ Un accueil très sympathique de la part de nos hôtes, ce qui ne gâche rien. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location, bien située pour visiter différents lieux entre 0,5 à 1h de distance. Merci pour cette belle semaine !

Excellente semaine au calme

Maison moderne confortable, spacieuse et très très bien équipée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le quartier est calme, un peu excentré mais avec des transports, bus et tram, accessible à pied en quelques minutes. On peut garer la voiture dans l'allée de la maison, derrière le portail fermé. Excellent accueil et excellent sejour!

Serge est un hôte très attentif. Il prend le temps pour la visite de la maison qui est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Mais il donne aussi des idées de visites, de lieux incontournables et de bons coins pour manger de bonnes crêpes ! Brest est une ville qui a plusieurs facettes. À faire et à refaire sans aucun doute !
