About this property

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/1.5 bath Key West style house. The main bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, while the other bedroom is furnished with a full-sized bed, and 3 twin beds that are bunk beds and there is a sofa bed that is a full size for comfortable for sleeping up to 9 people. There are 1.5 baths and a spacious outdoor shower/changing room for washing that sand and salt off after a fun day at the beach. The spacious living room is furnished with couches and an entertainment center for your enjoyment. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a stove, microwave and a full refrigerator. There is an outdoor grill that can be used as well. The property is just minutes away from all of best attractions, and guests are sure to are sure to enjoy having the whole home to themselves.
Linens and towels provided. No smoking no pets.
Wifi is available along with a Bose stereo speakers to play your fav music from your mobile device/iPad. Also, Roku premium is available to sign in and watch your favorites. No cable tv is provided. The property is within a mile of the beach so a walk or bike ride to the beach is the most popular way to get there.
For your security there are several security cameras at the entrance to the house. The cameras downstairs under the house are not to be tampered with covered or moved.
There is a long nature trail that is along side of the community along the canal. Small community features 2 ponds, and off street parking under the house. The quaint town of Bethany is the perfect beach town for those who like a relaxing quiet vacation. Temp min is 72 degrees with a new system installed 6/22.

Perfect Beach House

Perfect for a girls weekend at the beach! Beautiful, bright and comfortable house with everything you would need and a very short drive to the beach/restaurants in Bethany.

Very clean beautiful home

Bevs rental property was clean and cozy. Very easy to find and check in. The neighborhood is very nice, especially the nature walking path and the fountains throughout the community. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the main beach and boardwalk.

Quaint home in a quiet neighborhood

Quaint home with all the amenities in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to the beach. Nicely renovated bathroom with a great shower. A couple of older appliances, but functional. Nice spacious open garage-type area underneath that fits two cars comfortably.
