Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put trash and recycle to the curb
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Additional guests beyond the agreed upon number must be pre-approved before your stay. Wash sand off in the outdoor shower area before entry to house.
Security cameras outside Moving or blocking the security cameras will be cause for the agreement to be terminated and you will be asked to leave.
After 10 pm no noise outside. No street parking…only under house. Keep noise low until after 8 a.m. Move trash bin to the curb on Mondays.
