Villa Cal Papa 3 bedrooms for 6 guest in Pollensa with private pool and bbq close to the sea
We welcome you to our beautiful traditional Cal Papa house with stone walls, recently refurbished to offer you maximum comfort during your holiday. Situated in an excellent location, this house allows you to reach in a few minutes by car the charming village of Pollensa, where you can stroll through its cobbled streets, climb the Calvario with its 365 steps, visit museums and art galleries, or simply enjoy the wide gastronomic offer in the main square.
The idyllic white sandy coves and crystal clear waters of Cala Sant Vicenç, as well as the much sought after beaches of Puerto de Pollensa and Formentor, perfect for enjoying the sun and sea, are almost the same distance away.
Our house, furnished with style and elegance, will not disappoint you. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with large windows that flood the space with natural light, a cosy dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, ideal for preparing your favourite dishes for family and friends.
On the first floor, we have three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom with two single beds together, and the third bedroom with two single beds, perfect for the little ones or friends.
The exterior of the house is equally impressive, with a private swimming pool measuring 10m x 5m, the depth is between 0.8m and 2.3m, surrounded by a lush garden with indigenous plants and large palm trees. There are several terraces, both covered and uncovered, where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. Next to the swimming pool, there is a covered terrace where you can savour the food prepared on the portable barbecue. There is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower and a laundry area.
For the comfort of our guests, the whole villa is air-conditioned (at set times between 14:00 and 18:00 and 20:00).
The tourist tax is included in the price.
