About this property

Cal Papa is a beautiful and traditional 3-bedroomed villa with private swimming pool, ideally located in the countryside of Pollensa, just a short drive away from the amazing beaches of Cala San Vicente. Thanks to its great location, attractive interiors and unspoilt surroundings, this villa is an excellent choice for families or friends looking for a true Mallorcan holiday in easy reach of beaches and excellent restaurants.

Villa Cal Papa is set over 2 floors and is traditionally furnished to enhance its great character. There is a large lounge with comfortable sofas and big patio doors opening to the outdoor patios. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and modernly fitted. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one double and 2 twins. One of the twin bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room while the further 2 bedrooms share 2 family bathrooms. For the comfort of our guests, the whole villa is air-conditioned (at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am).

Outside Villa Cal Papa is surrounded by lush gardens with flowers, shrubs, palm trees, providing peace, privacy and relaxation. The large private pool measures 10m x 5m, depth is between 0.8m and 2.3m, access is via Roman Steps. Comfortable sunbeds for all the guests are provided, as well as parasols. The villa has beautiful private terraces by the house as well as a lovely shaded dining area by the poolside. Barbecue is also provided. Private parking within the premises.

The tourist tax is included in the rates.

Geniale Finca im echt mallorquinischer Stil mit großem Außenpool und sehr schönem Obst / Blumengarte

wunderschöne Wohnungseinrichtungen in den klimatisierten Räumen, Küche mit ausreichendem Geschirr und Kochutensilien aller Art top ausgestattet, zeitnahe Reaktion des Vermieters nach Bitte um Behebungen von Problemen (Beispiel: Ausfall der Poolwasserumwälzpumpe, Freitagabend gemeldet- Samstagnachmittag repariert), - bitte Straßenschild " Finca Cal Papa" unbedingt an der Einfahrt von der Hauptstraßenseite erneuern und sichtbar für Gäste und Taxi anbringen

Sehr nette ruhige Finca und toller Service seitens Easyvillas Mallorca

Hatten sehr erholsame Tage in der eher abseits des Trubels gelegenen Finca. Ein kleines Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde sofort ganz unkompliziert behoben und wir können nur lobendes Worte rund um EasyVillas aussprechen, tolles Team! Es ist alles in neuem Zustand vorhanden um sich in der Finca selber zu verpflegen und ein paar schöne Tage zu verbringen! Eine Beschattung beim Sitzplatz an der Finca wäre eventuell toll und das Hausschild könnte etwas sichtbarer angebracht werden!

Lovely place for a relaxing holiday

Great place to spend your holiday! Cosy home, beautiful garden and large pool. Good utilities and everything you need is available. And even the rooster that woke us up pretty early in the beginning became “our friend”. We had a great holiday! The house was pretty cold which was not so pleasant in the evenings (in may too cold to dit outside). Luckily we found an electric heater in de bedroom closet . Make sure the route description and name of the house are right. We first were at the wrong place (Cal Papa) which was rented by other people. A bit a stressfull and confusing situation. With new directions we found our home: cal papa pequeno at the back of the bigger house.
