With only 75 meters to the beach, this cottage is located almost next to the very popular bathing beach in Hejlsminde and with a fantastic panoramic view of the Little Belt. The cottage is located so you can enjoy the view from several of the house's rooms. The heart of the house is the kitchen-dining room with plenty of space and i.a. dishwasher. There are three separate bedrooms. In addition, there is a washer and dryer as well as energy saving and heat pump. Outside, there is a 71 m2 terrace area, of which 15 m2 is covered, all with direct views to the water to the north and south. The covered area is also screened from floor to ceiling with large glass sections, so you can stay outside regardless of weather and wind. For the little ones there is also a sandbox in the garden. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
