Great villa. Plenty of room for 10 of us. Big garden. Large tables inside and outside in shade. Barbecue and outside kitchen very useful. Ping-pong table a bonus.

Lovely stay in Guadalmar

We have had a wonderful 3-week stay in Guadalmar. The house was spotless on our arrival and Manuel was very responsive to our demands. The house was large enough to accommodate our group of 8 adults. We enjoyed biking to Malaga and then rest by the pool. The backyard is spacious and is very convenient for outdoor dining. We are looking forward to going back!

Malaga is Fun!

The Villa was large, with a huge back yard. There is a nice covered porch in the back where we grilled and listened to music. The pool is very nice too. One of the reasons we chose this villa was because of the bicycles. The tool were all there, and we simply adjusted the seats and pumped up the tires, and we were off! The bike path to town is outstanding, and an easy ride. We would definitely stay here again.

Great villa

Great villa with amazing outdoor space. The pool isn’t heated which was a shame for us, but if you visit in peak summer I’m sure it wouldn’t be a problem. The bikes were a great addition. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Plenty of plates, bowls, cups etc for a group of 10. Small shop nearby was really useful and it was great being close to the airport. We visited the Crocodile Park, shopping outlet & beach. I would recommend this villa.

Guadalmar 34

The Villa was booked for extended family to attend a wedding that had been postponed on previous occasions due to covid and family circumstances. There were four couples and two infants. The villa and large gardens were perfect for us. Our host Manuel was attentive to any requests throughout the booking and our stay. I cannot praise him enough for his help in making this a very enjoyable vacation.

Ideal family holiday home

We were a family group of 10, 9 adults and 1 child, celebrating some birthdays together. The layout of the villa was perfect for us. The garden is beautiful, even better than the pictures and very spacious. We used the pool all the time. The garden kitchen and bbq area provided a great place to eat together in the evening. The beach is an easy walk away with a good restaurant. We used the bikes to go into Malaga and along to Torremolinos. Manuel was great to communicate with and instructions for entering and leaving were easy to follow. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Villa

My family stayed in the last week of July, made up of children, teens and adults between 6 and 68. The villa is undersold from the photos, it is very spacious and clean. The supply of towels, soaps, waters and toilet roll was a great help when arriving in the evening. The outdoor area was magnificent, we spent all day every day in this area, we were always able to find some shade and the pool was lovely. My contact with the owner was easy through text and e-mail, any problems were instantly answered and resolved. This was a great break in a quiet area, but just 10mins in a taxi or Uber to torremilinos or the bus to Malaga for dinners was easy. I would recommend this villa for families and friends looking for a relaxing space with amazing facilities.

FANTASTICO

Hemos estado 9 amigos y hemos estado de lujo. La casa por dentro está muy bien, todo muy limpio, la cocina con todo lo necesario.... Pero sin duda lo mejor el jardín, ¡espectacular! Todo súper bien cuidado, la piscina muy bien y la zona de la barbacoa increíble. Con Manuel la comunicación ha sido perfecta, cualquier duda que tuviéramos nos la contestaba enseguida. La zona, es un barrio residencial súper tranquilo, a 10' de Málaga en coche.

Vacation with 2 families

We stayed in the house with 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) for 2 weeks. The landlord Manuel has been very forthcoming and open in his communication and helpful with any need. The house is an older villa in an area with many large beautiful villas called Guadalmar. It is only 10 minutes from the airport. On both sides of the subdivision there is open space with nice empty beaches. Within the subdivision and in walking distance you can find a pharmacy, 2 small restaurants, 1 beach restaurant and 2 small supermarkets. The beach is a 10 minute walk. There are also 6 older bikes at the house (no locks). If you want to go to the shopping mall, big restaurants, bars or to a Mercadona, you should use a rental car or taxi. There is also a bus stop in front of the house. The villa itself is located on a very big lot with a nice garden, swimming pool and a barbecue area. The inside offers plenty of room for 2 families. There are 3 bath rooms and 7 bedrooms. The house is well equipped with what you need. It has A/C in every room. The kitchen has a microwave, oven, stove, fridge/freezer and washing machine, no dryer. Laundry needs to be dried outside. It has very good wifi and TVs. The only negative is that the house is a bit older and in same areas it shows its age with minor defects (paint peeling off, bidet missing upstairs, shower curtain hanging down, crack in sunbed) but nothing fundamental. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel quality, this is not it. If you want something decent for a family that can withstand 4 kids and with lots of space, this is fine. Since it is close to the airport, there is plane noise. You can also hear dogs barking and there is some noise from the road in front of the house. If you are a light sleeper that could be an issue. For us it wasn't a big deal. Our kids are also loud. Overall we had a very good time and would go there again.
