Anastellar residences complex

It is a new building with beautiful architecture and taste in a quiet neighborhood. The exterior area is very well attended with beautiful plants, trees and a blooming garden. Anastellar gives you the opportunity to enjoy a panoramic view from the roof terrace of the building of the gulf of Kissamos and of the verdant hills with the olive trees that are close to our town. The apartments and the studio are decorated with passion and taste. The materials are of the finest quality. In the yard there is a shower for those who want to enjoy a shower under the hot summer sun and an electricity generator in case of a power cut.

Breakfast
At Anastellar, we see the first meal of the day as an opportunity for visitors to dive in to Cretan culture. By using organic locally grown products and love for cooking, we produce unique culinary experiences every day. Our philosophy is to create a breakfast different from the classic and finite hotel menu, while stimulating the curiosity and excitement of the guests to try something new. The dishes are homemade and the flavors are Mediterranean. Our breakfast choices are carefully made and regularly updated, while covering a wide range of your eating habits and preferences. All you have to do is provide us with your dietary preferences and some additional information and we will offer you a rich breakfast that can include a variety of meat, cheese or green pies, cakes, egg dishes, traditional sweets, fruit salads, mousse and much more. You can always be served either at your home or even at the rooftop with the amazing gulf-view!

Hello fellow travellers all around the world! I am your host Tasos, member of Apostolakis family and member of Anastellar family as well. I am 25 years old, and i have bachelors and masters in aquaculture science. Me and my family are living at the third floor of the building. As far as i rember my self, i have been travelling as much as i could, meetting new people and chasing new adventures. I love exploring new cultures and religions, i am a curious and ambitious guy and that was my motive to start my own business with love and passion. My first goal was to meet people with similar way of thinking and spread my story and my Greek/ Cretan culture. Now i am aiming to improve as a host and offer the finest amenities and services to my guests and evolve as a person.

Our last year with you was definitely an unforgettable experience for us. Our goal is to try our hardest to show you our love through our work. Some of the aspects of this goal including perfecting the smallest details, constantly staying informed, adopting sustainable practices and last but definitely not least, spreading the hospitality and warmth of our family and our greek culture.

Last year we received plenty of kindness, appreciation, honesty and motivation from our lovely patrons whose feedback we have been carefully considering in order to improve the Anastellar experience in 2020.

What makes this property unique

Anastellar means family. My parents came up with this name because it combines both of mine and my sister's name (Ana stasios and Stella). What we can garantee is a family atmosphere. We offer to all of our guests a guest book with many useful information of the local area, a breakfast menu with many different mediteranean and cretan flavours (all the ingredients are organic straight from our farm) as well as our own suggestions in order to avoid all the unnessesary touristic places.
