Casa Inn 42 is a modern one bedroom apartment of c. to. 50sqm on the lower floor of a Villa surrounded by a garden full of vast vegetation. The residential district is quiet, supervised and composed of twenty independent villas inhabited all year round.

It is located in Foxi in the municipality of Quartu Sant’Elena, at the beginning of the coast road to the beaches of South East Sardinia as well as 700mt from the sea and 5min by car from the Poetto beach.

The entrance to the house takes place through a large sliding French door. It also consists of a kitchen with a bar corner for breakfast or quick meals. In the central part, the living room has a table for 4 people, a quality sofa bed (with a 140cm memory mattress) and open furniture with television.

The master bedroom is furnished with another quality bed (with 160cm memory mattress and container), looks at stuff, cabinets and two large electric vasistas.

The large and bright bathroom is equipped with modern furniture, Italian shower and suspended sanitary ware.

Outside, you can enjoy a shower and a terrace of c. to. 20m2, furnished with plants and a garden lounge.

The apartment is available for a couple but also for a family consisting of a maximum of two adults and two children.
