Enough space for a family of 5, safe place in a gated community with a guard onsite, traditional style where you can feel home, great located, easy to reach the super market and beach, grill and washing machine and great communication with the owner. Even off season in October the sea water pool was filled and usable. Thanks for the great stay.

Good place for a family

If you are looking for somewhere safe and calm to spend some good holiday this is the place for you. Although there is no transportation near it so my advise rent a car.

Nice holiday home with everything you need, great value for money!

The home was as described. Most things are not exactly "brand new", but it is very complete and pretty mucht everything works. Worth mentioning is the airconditioning which proved to be whisper quit and very effective!And of course Mauro who was a very friendly host ready to answer any question.If you don't mind a little outdated interior, this holiday home is excellend value for money!

Quiet location

A quaint, original family home set in a gated community that features a pool, tennis court and basketball court. The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms; ideal space to meet up with friends. Great to cook our own meals and eat them up on the terrace with a view towards the sea. Unfortunately the solar hot water system wasn't working. However the property owners responded quickly to this.

It was really Great! Everybody had his own room and it was perfect for the teens. We had two places to sit outside and a lot more With a view of the sea. You can grill and there Are air conditioners in every room. The shower downstairs isn‘t that good because the water could just get on the whole floor but the shower upstairs was Fine. It was‘t perfectly clean but for the week we stayed there it was okay. You can transfer With the public bus really well but the rest of the City Is Kind of lost. We drove to cagliari and could Fund there a Bit more „Life“. I found really cute that there werde Cats all over the parc with the appartments. The contact With the Host was really good and we could talk english and italian With them. Finally I would definitely recommend the Stay There and the price was totally fine. Thanks and Greetings!

Het huis had een rustiek karakter, wat op zich prima is. Her was alleen niet erg schoon en er lagen enorm veel overbodige spullen in de kasten. Servies en handdoeken waren een allegaartje. De meubels op het dakterras waren verroest.

Belle résidence

Un séjour très agréable dans une jolie et spacieuse maison. La résidence est plaisante (dommage que la piscine ait été vidée 2 fois donc pas utilisable). Le propriétaire est sympathique, mais il est regrettable qu'il n'ait pas été plus disponible lorsque le chauffe-eau est tombé en panne.

Quel bel endroit

La maison est situé dans une résidence avec piscine à l’eau de mer et d’autres d’espaces communs (terrain de jeu, barbecue…). Elle est bien équipée même si la décoration intérieure reste désuète. Ça fait son charme ;-). La mer est juste de l’autre côté de la route. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine ensoleillée à découvrir le sud de la Sardaigne.

The home is dated and needs renovations , however big enough for 6 people , beautiful surroundings, pool area and view is great ! Host was very friendly and helpful, answers all our questions.

Heerlijke plek, grote woning met airco.

Het contact met Mauro liep goed en snel. Het fijne is dat hij meerdere talen spreekt zodat mijn andere gezinsleden het ook snapten. Huisje was typisch Sardo ingericht, wat gedateerd maar alles werkte prima. Ook had het huis overal airco want heel fijn was met 42 graden. Wel was het huisje erg vol waardoor wij niet onze kleding en spullen konden opbergen. Ook wil ik als tip voor Mauro geven dat wat documentatie op tafel fijn was. Bijvoorbeeld met de openingstijden van het zwembad, of er ergens wat te drinken was. Maar ook hoe de apparatuur werkte. Zeker als je de taal niet zou spreken zou dat fijn zijn. Ik kan zelf Italiaans dus dat was voor mij geen probleem om te communiceren met de mensen om me heen. Bedankt voor jouw gastvrijheid!

Falta de manteniment

La casa està força bé, el problema principal va ser que el sofà llit del menjador estava trencat i el propietari no ho va solucionar en els quatre dies que vam estar allotjats. El meu fill va haver de dormir al terra amb un matalàs de 10 cm. A part, el desguàs de la dutxa de la planta baixa no tragava.

Excellent rapport qualité prix malgré un ou deux équipements manquants

Résidence calme, bonne réactivité du propriétaire en cas de problème, bonnes installations extérieures(foot, tennis, garden party..), à 5min de commerces et belles plages (cagliari), terrasse très agréable. Très mauvaise Qualité de literie, pas de wifi, seulement 2 salles d'eau dont une dans une chambre. Piscine sans filtrage, peu entretenue mais correcte (eau de la méditerranée renouvelée quotidiennement). Propreté du logement à améliorer! Bref, nous sommes partis à trois couples d'amis et nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa!
