We stayed here for 5+ weeks and had a lovely. The hosts were super accommodating and had everything we could need at the apartment. The space was great. We'd come back!
Our stay at this condo was excellent from the first day to the last.
The condo is well equipped with everything that you may need and the owner is attentive to any request that you may have.
We would stay again next year, but it has already been booked.
Location in bldg has drawbacks:
1. No privacy views
2. No balcony
3.Trash Chute nearby smelly!

We have made a note to our HOA regarding your comments. 1. No privacy views - our location is top floor looking out to Mt. Soledad, the other residences look toward the courtyard that face each other looking into the building. We had looked at many properties prior to our purchase and were sold on the open spaciousness and views. It has been a highlight of what other guests have appreciated about the place. We have had many complements on the beautiful view. 2. No balcony - it was never stated. 3. Trash chute smelly - it offers a great convenience, it has a closed door to it and is treated with a fresh deodorizer. Guests have appreciated the convenience of not needing to lug their trash down an elevator. 4. The management company is continually making upgrades and there is a daily cleaning service on the premises throughout the building hallways, pool area. We have had many compliments regarding the cleanliness and upkeep of the building. The elevator has a current permit and all repairs have been completed throughout. We hope that potential future guests will read other reviews.
I stayed for almost two months and enjoyed it thoroughly!
The location is fantastic with a grocery store, bakery, and restaurants, and of course the beach, in walking distance. The view is also very nice, and if you stretch your neck a bit, there's direct ocean view.
The place was very thoroughly cleaned when I received it.
If you have a car, the parking in the garage is very convenient and safe, and traffic to/from the rest of San Diego was better than I expected.
The building is quite nice, with a cozy and sunny inner courtyard where the pool is located.
The unit itself is located on the back side of the building, away from the busy road, so it is very quiet.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. There is a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses, and much more.
All the other stuff you could need was also there, such as lots of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwasher tabs, detergent, garbage bags, cleaning supplies etc. Only thing I was missing was shampoo.
The internet was really good and allowed me to work from the unit, though I was missing a good work desk and chair.
The washing machine and dryer are just outside the unit, and only shared with a few other neighbors, so I never had to wait. Speaking of neighbors, the ones I met were very nice and I never heard any noise from anyone.
All in all, really nothing to complain about. I would love to stay here again!

The condo building is very quiet and there are two parking spots in the garage.
The condo has everything that you require and the owners are responsive to any concerns in a very timely fashion.

We needed a place to stay during an extensive renovation on our own home. We decided to make the upheaval as fun as possible and looked for a place close to the beach. We found this condo and it was every bit as advertised and then some. Super clean and spacious and excellent location. It was so nice to be able to walk to our favorite beach in 5 minutes and there are many great restaurants with take out options near by. It has all the amenities needed for a long stay and it was easy for all of us to work and take online classes during the day. The owners are super friendly and accommodating and always made sure everything was in working order during our stay. We hope to return for a future "staycation".
Very nice condo in a great location for the beach, restaurants, walking, biking. It's a secure building. Quiet. Great pool area for lounging and swimming. Easy walking to Bird Rock or Pacific Beach. So many yoga and health related studios, yummy coffee, chocolate shops and bakerys all within walking distance.
Your hosts are very attentive and will bend over backwards to make your stay wonderful.
This condo is one of my happy places.
Owners anticipated all possible needs & unit was fully supplied. Unit was clean & quiet. Owners rapidly responded to any questions. Wonderful people to deal with, & look forward to renting again next year.

I loved this condo. It is quiet and private. Plenty of closet space. There's enough room for 4 people. The association is on sight most days keeping the common areas neat and tidy. It's close to lots of restaurants, grocery, coffee, yoga, whatever you are looking for in a stay at San Diego. A 10 minute walk to the ocean on Pacific Beach or Bird Rock. Far enough away to be in a quiet area. I felt very safe here. I can't wait to return in 2020.

Beautiful and peaceful condo in North PB
My wife and I loved staying at this chic and very peaceful apartment in North PB. The location is GREAT- on the border of beautiful La Jolla and just a few blocks away from the ocean in vibrant PB.
The condo has a very cozy and comfortable interior design... completely furnished in great taste and with a very practical layout. The neighbors are very cool and friendly! The condo has 2 private parking spots in the garage, which were very useful. We especially loved the way natural light enters the space and loved the open kitchen. The owners are really wonderful, responsive, caring and attentive, and always made us feel welcome and relaxed. Overall, we had a wonder time! Both my wife and I highly recommend this beautiful condo!

Great Location & Wonderful Ammenities
Perfect for our needs as a couple who just retired. Wonderful master suite with excellent second bedroom for guests. Well furnished kitchen with a cute, smaller dishwasher that worked perfectly for our needs. Great televisions with one in each bedroom and also the living room. Secure parking is wonderful (two parking spaces!) and the location is close to everything, especially the beach. Laundry room is close and convenient to use and they even have a good, old fashioned trash chute so you don't have to lug your garbage more than a few feet. Nice pools (there are two) hot tub and gas grills. You feel like you are at a resort. We are coming back...... Mark & Helen

Why they chose this property
We spent months looking for the perfect property in the beach coastal areas of San Diego. We also looked into the trendy areas of Little Italy, and North Park. Nothing compared to this wonderful property. From the moment you walk in, the place offers a wonderful sense of peaceful calm and bright blue-sky views. There is no need to worry about foot steps above you, or being cornered in by a building with other residents facing you. It feels like a private retreat. At the same time we were thrilled to find a property on one of our favorite streets.
What makes this property unique
Being on the third floor with unobstructed views offers a great vantage point. The condo was newly remodeled and professionally designed so that the colors, the furniture, accessories and amenities provide a fresh and soothing coastal feel. It's the combination that makes the place unique of having this calm serene atmosphere and being in a beautifully maintained building (the colors and archways remind me of Italy) that offers great resort style amenities, while situated on a street that offers incredible character that will meet your every need - small shops, businesses and services, grocery store and deli, and a variety of dining and entertainment experiences within walking distance. Within a one block radius you have much to choose from for your convenience. Also by walking north you have the wonderful area of Bird Rock and La Jolla. Walk west and there's the ocean to enjoy. Go south and there is Cass St with many more interesting cafes and restaurants. Quieter than in the south areas of Pacific Beach, the area offers SoCal healthy living with a touch of European flair. We have two parking spaces inside our security building, but the area is great for cycling, and also public transport is provided - the 30 bus on the corner takes you through La Jolla to UCSD and to the University Town Center Shopping Center. Southward to historic Old Town where you can catch the Trolley to see the attractions downtown. With everything considered this is the best, most accessibly convenient, and beautiful location of anywhere in San Diego.
