The villa is surrounded by the tree of happiness, a beautiful plantation of 400 feet of olive trees on more than 5 hectares
A large, very pleasant swimming pool with terrace, shaded and allowing you to let yourself go in a hammock suspended between a cork oak and an olive tree
Close to the sea of the most beautiful coast of Sardinia, the Costa Smeralda only 8 km from Cannigione and 16 km from Porto Cervo, and 3 km from the city center where we find everything we need to spend very good vacation
For children a water park at 15 km
The park around the house where you can take beautiful walks, children can install tents, the property is fenced by a stone wall and very secure
For children it is a paradise, for adults too, you are in the middle of nature
