A great pearl

The house was really nice! Super cozy, practical and perfect for our family of 5. We had great moments in the deck by the ocean, barbecuing and even trying the pizza oven. Would love to come back.

Wir durften schon zum 2. Mal dieses wunderbare Ferienhaus genießen. Die Lage ist phantastisch, direkt am Meer mit eigenem Steg (und Kajak, das zu Ausflügen an der Küste einläd) und Sicht auf Caprera. Es gibt wunderschöne Terrassen mit Seeblick und einen Außengrill. Im letzten Jahr ist das untere Bad umgebaut und mit einer größeren Dusche ausgestattet worden, sehr gelungen. Dazu gibt es eine Außendusche mit Fernsicht. Das Haus ist liebevoll und schön ausgestattet, besonders hervorzuheben ist noch der besonders schöne Baustil mit geschwungenen Linien im avantgardistischen 60er Jahre Design einschließlich der indirekten Beleuchtung. Rundherum gelungen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wir waren 2 Familien mit je 1 und 2 Kinder im Alter von 6 bis 8 Jahren. Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Haus von Daniele. Die Terrasse ist schön zum Verweilen auch der Wohnebreich ist gemütlich. Wir schätzten sehr, dass uns ein Kajak zur Verfügung gestellt wurde und wir damit die schöne Bucht entdecken konnten. Auch zum Schnorcheln war der Meer-Zugang toll und sahen sogar einen Tintefisch. Die Betten waren auch bequem! Daniele war sehr nett und einfach in der Kommunikation. Vielen Dank für alles!!

Posizione perfetta

Villa in una posizione impareggiabile, con ampi e confortevoli spazi esterni e una straordinaria spiaggetta privata. La cucina è piccola ma ben attrezzata. La casa si mantiene fresca anche nelle ore più calde della giornata.Eravamo due coppie di adulti. La camera matrimoniale principale è accettabile, mentre la seconda camera matrimoniale è risultata troppo piccola, poco ventilata e situata dietro la cucina. Per questo motivo abbiamo preferito utilizzare la cameretta dei bambini, con due letti a castello piuttosto ingombranti, ma decisamente più luminosa e arieggiata.Suggerirei di spostare il letto alla francese al piano superiore per migliorare la distribuzione degli spazi.Nel complesso, una casa che permette di vivere una vacanza davvero speciale, al punto da volerci tornare. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, risolvendo con prontezza alcuni piccoli inconvenienti legati alla pompa dell'acqua.

Perfektes Haus am Meer

Das Haus liegt in einem Villenvorort von La Maddalena direkt am Wasser mit eigenem Steg. Der Vermieter hatte und netterweise mit einem Kajak und einem SUP ausgerüstet, so daß wir gut die ruhige, geschützte Bucht erkunden konnten. Von den Terrassen hat man einen Traumblick auf Caprera. Es gibt tolle Wandermöglichkeiten und viele wunderschöne Sandbuchten in der Umgebung.

Charmante maison mais mitoyenne avec maison en travaux

La maison est charmante bien qu’un peu dans son jus, et l’emplacement est merveilleux avec son accès à la mer. La gérante charmante et généreuse d’informations sur le coin. Malheureusement la maison mitoyenne était en travaux bruyants qui commençait dès 8h du matin. La gérante a été très correcte et nous a rembourser notre séjour immédiatement, mais nous avons dû trouver une autre maison en urgence. Ces travaux étaient apparemment en pause depuis plusieurs années, soit, mais les propriétaires auraient dû être à courant de la reprise de l’activité. Je suis sure qu’en tant normal cette maison doit être très agréable.

Siamo molto dispiaciuti per quanto accaduto. Purtroppo il cantiere della casa di fianco che era stato fermo per oltre 3 anni è ripartito proprio in quei giorni. Noi abitiamo a Bologna e non potevamo sapere, la ragazza che pulisce va al sabato quando gli operai non ci sono. La signora Verenne è stata nella casa sabato e domenica quando gli operai non lavoravano. Lunedì mattina alle 8 è stata svegliata dai rumori degli operai e alle 11,30 aveva già lasciato la casa e le abbiamo rimborsato l'importo massimo possibile. Gli ospiti della settimana precedente non si sono lamentati di nulla e ci hanno lasciato una bellissima recensione a cinque stelle. Quelli delle settimane successive hanno detto che i rumori erano leggeri e molto ben sopportabili. Comunque a luglio ed agosto i cantieri sono fermi per regolamento comunale e condominiale. Ringraziamo la signora Verenne per gli apprezzamenti che comunque ha rivolto alla nostra casa

Sehr gute Ausstattung, tolle Lage, absolut unkompliziert

Wir haben die Woche in der Ferienwohnung in vollen Zügen genossen! Die Wohnung ist vorbildlich ausgestattet - es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, es gibt einen gemütlichen Gemeinschaftsraum eine tolle Terrasse mit tollen Möbeln, direkten Zugang zum Meer - was will man mehr!

Séjour en fusion avec la mer

Très beau spot pour se baigner à toute heure de la journée grace a l accès pieds dans l'eau. Nécessaire de avoir une voiture. Deuxième salle de bain très petite sans douche donc une petite salle de bain pour trois chambres seulement. Cuisine petite mais très bien équipée extérieurs très agréables propritaires réactifs.

We stayed the last two weeks of september and had a perfect holiday. Sea down a few stairs, water 26° and very clear, no neighbours. The house is equipped with all you need, the beds have very good matrasses, the outside furniture and deck chairs are of high quality Daniele was very reactive to all our questions and helpful with tips. wonderful place

We spent two relaxed weeks in this nice location. The house is well equiped and you find eyerything you need. The view and the surrounding are amazing. This was for us the first time in this location but for sure not the last time...

schönes Anwesen und gute Lage sind nicht alles

Die Aussicht der Bilder trügt in keiner Weise die Lage ist hervorragend.Das Anwesen ist ausreichend groß und das Haus ist sehr niedlich. Aber leider sind der technische Stand des Gebäudes und die Qualität des Interieurs zu mangelhaft um sich richtig wohl zu fühlen. Ich hoffe wir waren vorerst die letzten Gäste bevor das Gebäude renoviert werden wird.

Merveilleux séjour grâce à la gentillesse et la réactivité de silvia et Stefano.

La villa est juste dans un spot incroyable. avec une vue incroyable.La Madeleine permet de vivre à la Sarde avec toutes les commodités de la location de bateau aux différents commerces. La villa se vit dehors avec le barbecue et le four à Pizza. Le ponton permet d’avoir les pieds dans l’eau. Le village Piras est très bucolique avec les genévriers, lauriers roses et pins. En bref, c’est un véritable petit paradis !

Super séjour dans Il Refugio !

La maison est tout à fait conforme au descriptif. l'environnement est calme et le cadre magnifique ! L'aménagement est assez rudimentaire mais parfaitement fonctionnel. La maison mériterait quelques rénovations pour atteindre son plein potentiel. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel et les moments passés sur l'esplanade "pieds dans l'eau" étaient juste divins !!! Nous avons hâte d'y retourner !!!

Le Paradis

"Il Rifugio" est un petit havre de paix pour passer des vacances au calme,paisible,entre mer et verdure. La maison dispose de tout le confort que l'on puisse rechercher,elle est très fonctionnelle. Le jardin luxuriant est magnifique ,la crique pour aller se baigner est un petit paradis,l'eau y est translucide;les oursins sont visibles à l'oeil nu sur les rochers tant la qualité de l'eau est exceptionnelle. C'est un petit paradis sur terre. Beatrice.
