Poor maintenance house

House was dirt at the time of rental as well as no supplies for washrooms and kitchen. Furniture is in a bad shape, cushions aren't comfortable as well as furniture fabric wear and disgusting. A little table in the living room broken, BBQ used by cleaning team as ashtray (we don't smoke) and this is disgusting. Poor AC maintenance, AC stops cooling down during the night so should get frozen due to dirt accumulated. Vehicle entrance is not easy due to poor column design in the middle of the way. I'm not going to rent it again and I don't recommend it to anybody

We have informed our maintenance team to double-check the AC unit, and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. While we understand the frustration with the vehicle entrance design, it is not something that we can change.
