This modern villa, with wide spaces, all of them faced to the garden, pool and landscape, it’s the ideal place to relax.
The outdoor area of the house is very large (6000m2), full of trees, flowers and green grass. Having breakfast at the outside table in the garden gazing upon the magnificent views is a unique moment.
The house is very comfortable and it’s decorated with taste. It has a double-bed en-suite, 1 double-bed room and 2 rooms with 3 beds each. It has 3 bathrooms, including the one of the suite. In the large living / dinning room stands out a big dinning table, two large and very comfortable sofas. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a washing machine, TV, WiFi, a fireplace and central heating. The house also has private parking.
The pool, the lawns and the large game room with a pool and ping-pong table are ideal for children to have fun.
The house is located in a calm, rural environment, close to historical charming villas and local beaches. Spain is in a fifteen-minute drive. You’ll find supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Wonderful place to unwind

The pictures really don't do this house justice. It's beautiful - with all the home comforts you could need. Carolina was a great host - very communicative and the wine/pastels on arrival were most welcome. There is plenty to do in the area - we'll definitely be back.

Fantástica estancia

Fuimos una semana con mi familia a finales de Julio y nos gustó todo. Carolina fue encantadora y nos explicó muchas cosas de la zona. La casa es muy acogedora y espaciosa, perfecta para un grupo grande como el nuestro. Con espacios para compartir dentro y fuera. Y totalmente equipada. Un gran descubrimiento.

Local mágico, ideal para quem pretende umas férias tranquilas! Casa e áreas envolventes com vistas deslumbrantes, aliadas á arquitetura no seu melhor, repleta de bom gosto, conforto e privacidade. A propriedade, próxima de diversos locais de interesse, está muito bem equipada e dispõe de muita diversão, desde a fantástica piscina tratada com sal, passando pelo ténis de mesa, snooker ou apenas o descanso possível num ambiente natural e sereno. As refeições exteriores no imenso jardim, as brincadeiras com os mais novos na piscina e na “pequena floresta” (dentro da propriedade), a vista privilegiada no pôr do sol e o calor que se fez sentir, proporcionaram sem dúvida, umas férias fantásticas! Receção com os proprietários, recheada de amabilidade e simpatia. Muito atenciosos e disponíveis. Saímos de alma leve e renovada! Obrigado por nos deixarem entrar no vosso paraíso!
