Centrally located apartment and 300m from the beach

Cozy apartment with sea views and great location. Located in a building with a communal pool and less than 5 minutes walk from the very long "Matorral Beach" and all kinds of services and restaurants. The apartment is ideal if you want to forget the car and walk everywhere.

The apartment is on the second floor of the Palm Garden complex, and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen. It has a small terrace with good views of the sea, Solana Matorral beach and Saladar avenue.

The apartment is equipped with everything you may need during your stay, also sheets and towels.

There is a communal pool in the building that can be used for free by the guests of the apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is fully equipped. Exactly as in the pictures and with a nice view. Shops and restaurants directly below the apartment and within walking distance many more shops and restaurants in Morro Jable. Within a few minutes you are on the beach. Naresh and Evelyne are friendly and willing to answer any questions. The only tip we have is a mood light in the apartment, all lamps are bright and white. We definitely recommend staying in this apartment. Thank you very much, Naresh and Evelyne!

Inmejorable!!

Hemos estado 18 días en este apartamento y solo puedo decir que hemos estado estupendamente, la situación es perfecta cruzando la carretera llegas a la playa que es una maravilla! El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario , camas muy cómodas , frigorífico grande, sartenes que no se pegan al cocinar, aire acondicionado etc y lo mejor, la piscina, ubicada justo al volver de la escalera en la tercera planta. En fin, volveríamos de nuevo sin dudarlo!

Very nice apartment in good location

We had a really nice stay there. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed. The location was very good close to everything. Great host, easy check in. We would recommend this place.
