Beautiful newly renovated apartment on the first floor of the Palm Garden complex.
The apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom, living room-kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the sea. In the living room there is a sofa bed, which is great for couples with a child. The building has an elevator.
Services
- Initial and final cleaning is included. If you want extra cleaning during your stay, it would cost € 12 per hour.
- Guests can enjoy both the large community pool and solarium located on the second floor, from which there are also great views.
- We receive guests personally. We can be reached by e-mail or telephone during your stay if you need us.
Surroundings
The apartment is located in the Palm Garden complex. The location could not be better since less than 400 m (less than 5 minutes walk) is the seashore.
Both bus and taxi stops are only 100 meters away and private pharmacies and medical services are 200 meters away. Just outside the entrance of the apartment there are all kinds of services (restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, shops, supermarkets, car rental companies, bicycle rentals, etc.).
Also nearby are diving, surfing and windsurfing clubs, as well as companies to hire guided excursions.
How to move
Staying in this apartment you will not need to have a car since you can comfortably reach everywhere on foot.
However, if you want to know the island and get lost in its coves and corners it is advisable to have a car.

-The Entry Time is from 4:00 p.m. and the Departure Time is before 12:00. However, we can be flexible with schedules, as long as there are no entries or exits from other customers. Consult us in this regard with your expected arrival and departure times.
- The house is rented to smokers, but please be smoked only on the terrace.
- Sorry, but pets are not allowed.
- It is necessary to deposit a security deposit of € 200 in cash to be paid when entering the house, which will be returned the day of your departure once it has been verified that there are no damages in the house.
