Summary:
A stunning 6 bedroom villa located on the slopes of the Twelve Apostles and offering stunning views of Camps Bay.

The Space:
Entering the villa on the main level you will find the open-plan living/dining room and kitchen. There is a quiet mezzanine where you can relax with a book and gaze at the Twelve Apostles through the floor to ceiling glass windows. There are two balconies leading off the upper level which have lovely ocean views.

Access to the middle level is down a internal staircase. There are 4 beautiful spacious en-suite bedrooms, all with ocean views.

Continuing down a spiral staircase, on the lowest level of the house you will find the second living area nd kitchenette, which has access to the private garden with swimming pool.

There are another two en-suite bedrooms found on this level, as well as a guest toilet.

What is Powered: All lights and plug outlets in the house.This includes TV, Wifi, fridge, alarm system etc. It has two gas hobs for cooking.
What Isn’t Powered: The heavy electrical loads like A/Cs, geysers and oven.
