Beautiful townhouse, with private garden and terraces, strategically located near Malaga, 10 mn from the airport of AGP-Costa del Sol and the beach. It has very easy access to the highways to Córdoba, Granada, Seville and Cadiz, making it an ideal place to stay to visit Andalusia. It is located in a quiet residential area with a supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants at a walking distance. Tennis and paddle club at 500m. Golf courses nearby.

It has a communal pool (little crowded), garden with barbecue and table tennis,

The house has three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with bunk beds and a child bed, two bathrooms and a third independent toilet, living room and a large fully equipped kitchen.
