Welcome to Nueva Andalucia, where spectacular mountain views and historic Spanish architecture make a stunning backdrop to the Golf Valley of Marbella filled with amazing golf courses like Los Naranjos, Aloha or Las Brisas Golf among others, superb dining, and an international atmosphere.

Modern furniture, soft lighting and chic white and neutral tones make the place feel posh and minimalist, and the ample terrace where you can enjoy nice outdoor dinings.

The apartment is located on the first floor and has three beautiful bedrooms with space for six people. You will enjoy a large outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the sun. This newly renovated first floor 125 sq m2.

With three bedrooms, two of them have double beds and the kids bedroom has a ¾ bed. Two bathrooms, stunning terrace, community swimming pool (the opening and closing dates of community swimming pools may vary every year depending on the community) and green areas.

Fully equipped modern kitchen. Directly from the kitchen you can reach the lovely large terrace with dining area. The complex has a lovely garden with swimming pool.

This luxury property was renovated to the highest standards. The property includes parking space for a car. The apartment enjoys a fantastic location and the area is very quiet despite being just a short walk from Puerto Banús.

This luxury apartment is situated in Nueva Andalucía. Close to Centro Plaza Mall and situated within walking distance to all the local amenities shops, cafes, restaurants and the lovely beaches and glittering marina of Puerto Banús. From the airport the easiest way is to arrive with car or taxi, Malaga airport is around 58 km from the property and Marbella City is around 9 km away. We will meet you at the property for the check in between 17.00-20.00 (late check in: 50 €).

Schöner Aufenthalt 😌

Die Wohnung ist super, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und war sauber. Einziges Manko war die Klimaanlage, aus der beim einschalten ein modriger, schimmeliger und unangenehmer Geruch kam. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würden beim nächsten Besuch in Puerto Banus dort wieder wohnen.
