This self catering apartment in Dinan is situated on the Rue du Petit Fort, a pedestrianised street, which is a continuation of the Rue du Jerzual leading down from the town centre to the port of Dinan. Enjoy a lovely meal or relaxing coffee in Dinan Port, which has an abundance of cafes and restaurants. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the banks of the River Rance, or hire a small motor boat to explore further afield.

This beautiful one bedroom self catering ground floor apartment is graced with a large window looking out over the cobbled Rue du Petit Fort, this compact gite offers a combined living/kitchen/dining area.

Ker Vivian is one of two apartments in this property, with a lovely 2 bedroom apartment (Ker Arthur) with small garden and terrace above, on two levels, and maybe rented together sleeping up to 6 people (Ker Merlin).

All guests will recieve a complimentary welcome basket.

The open plan living/dining room is furnished with two arm chairs, and dining room suite. Wifi internet.

A fully equipped kitchen consisting of electric cooker and hob, kitchen top mini oven, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board.

Bedroom

The bedroom is situated to the rear of the gite and is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.

Bathroom

This room separates the living and sleeping areas and is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.

For your convenience bed linen for all beds and towels are supplied.

Parking

If parking is required please notify me, so that arrangements can be made for a parking permit which can be used for the parking along the river at the port or in the car park situated under the viaduct at the port.

Pets are restricted to one, and an additional fee for will be charged of €20
Pets are not permitted in the bedrooms.
Pets are not permitted to be left in the property unattended.
The property is not suitable for large dogs.
