Beautiful house surrounded by orange and lemon trees, in a quiet area of Viagrande, it has large outdoor spaces equipped to let you enjoy your holiday in complete relaxation, amidst the colors and scents of Sicily. A large terrace of about 150 square meters enjoys an extraordinary view of Etna and the swimming pool. Partly shaded by two large umbrellas, it is furnished with a nice dining table with chairs, sofa, armchairs and deck chairs. The area around the swimming pool has a large, extraordinarily bright solarium that enhances the blue of the water and the sky. Equipped with showers, elegantly furnished and with attention to detail, the ideal place to relax on a chaise longue, have a drink or read a book.
On the side of the house, visible from the terrace and not far from the swimming pool, in the garden below, there is the barbecue with a large worktop, hob, sink, mini bar and table with chairs. All cleverly lit to be able to enjoy this space even on summer evenings. You will find various aromatic plants and spices, absolutely organic: oregano, mint, basil, capers, sage, bay leaf, red chilli pepper etc. to enrich the taste of what you eat and remind you that you are in Sicily, the land of perfumes.
Other external areas adjacent to the house are all equipped with comfortable seats and garden furniture.
The interior of the house is functionally furnished with attention to detail, has large spaces and several convivial areas.
The ground floor, consisting of a bright living-room that directly overlooks the large terrace, is equipped with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and every comfort (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, electric oven, juicer), dining table with chairs and conversation corner. There are also two comfortable air-conditioned double bedrooms (one with a view of the swimming pool and Etna), a comfortable bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
The lower floor consists of a large room furnished with extremely comfortable sofas, armchairs, a large dining table with chairs, TV area, music, library and play areas. On the same floor there is a bedroom which, if necessary, can be used as a double or with two single beds. Adjacent there is a large bathroom with a bathtub with shower.
On the upper floor, attic, with exposed beams, there is an air-conditioned room equipped with a double bed and a conversation area communicating with another room furnished with a single bed and children's furniture.
The location of the house allows you to be a few minutes by car from the center of Viagrande, where you can appreciate and taste the best specialties of Sicilian cuisine or reach various shopping centers.
Ideal starting point for excursions on the Etna volcano and visits to nearby beaches, as well as to the cities of Catania, Taormina, Syracuse, Ragusa and Noto.
