Holiday in July

This is the perfect location for a lovely calm holiday. The apartment was lovely, stylish and clean. It is a fully functional apartment with cooking appliances , washer and washing line. I really couldn’t have asked for a better holiday flat. The balcony it spacious with a sea view prefect for relaxing in the evenings. It’s in the centre of the small town so it’s prefect for evening walks and close to all local restaurants, and a shop right below. Although in the centre of town, you are high enough up not to hear the sounds of the streets. It was just absolutely prefect. 10 out of 10

Problematiek van de communicatie met de eigenaar via VRBO

Zeer slechte communicatie via VRBO met de eigenares, terwijl de factuur vooruit betaald was. Het email adres van de eigenaar werd niet volledig doorgegeven, alsmede het telefoonnummer, zodat een aantal praktische vragen niet konden worden gesteld aan de eigenaar van het appartement, omdat ook ons email adres niet volledig werd doorgegeven naar de eigenaar. Ook de App van VRBO werkte niet. Het verblijf in het appartement was redelijk goed, maar een ding is zeker wij zullen nooit meer iets boeken via VRBO.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und hat den Angaben entsprochen. Der Kontakt bei der Übergabe war ein wenig schwierig. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer meldete sich niemand. Und Anschreiben über FeWo wurden nicht beantwortet. Erst nach Telefonaten über FeWo bakam ich bekam ich eine neue Telefonnummer. Danach war alles okay. Im Apartment selbst müßten die Balkonmöbel teilweise getauscht werden. Ansonsten sehr schön!
