Ancient rural house, recently renovated with maximum contemporary comfort and with a good dose of charm. (100mt)
The house is spread over three floors connected by internal and external stairs from all windows and it is possible to have a panoramic view of the lake and its valleys.
In addition there is a large outdoor area of about 700 meters, divided into a patio area equipped for outdoor mangoes, the first terrace for B. B.Q. and sun loungers and last flounce to the garden.
