I loved staying in this house. Was perfect for the people we were with, it was big and roomie. Just wish it came with golf cart and a rocking chair!!! It was peaceful no problems at all.

I hate leaving bad reviews but with the cost of this rental I feel it is necessary. I have rented with VRBO many times but the fact that I received a call from the owner prior to arriving stating that we can't turn the air below really what was kind of an unreasonable temperature considering it was July in Myrtle Beach. He had informed us that if we turn it down below that and it freezes up we would have to pay the cost of the repair person to come and to top it off we were under the impression the entire house had central air but instead 2 of the 4 bedrooms upstairs just had portable air conditioning units. So in order to ensure all rooms stayed cool couples in our group had to have less privacy, all of these things are unacceptable. Not to mention the list of chores for when we check out including wiping walls down, sweeping everything completely, cleaning up bathrooms, taking all linens down the several stairs for linen company to pick up, we also had to carry these two heavy bags up the stairs after we also had to pay to have linens. The home had several holes in the walls, tape covering the holes in the walls, king size beds with only 2 pillows ( again paid for linens). The list of rules is why I always buy insurance because rules like these, with damage already to the house are the kind of people I worry will try and charge me for damage I didn't make. There were a lot of hot, frustrating days!

There are several things that need to be addressed the couches are poor and worn and need to be replaced. Ceiling fan inI twin beds room doesn’t work outdoor furniture is poor. Just not the place to enjoy a vacation I’ve stayed at several other properties at ocean lakes that was very impressive in prior years.

Wonderful Vacation

Katie was so kind and helpful. We are thankful that we were able to rent her lovely house. My family had an amazing time at the campground and loved coming back to the house to rest and quiet time. We will definitely rent this beautiful house again.
