This spacious 4-bedroom duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no lift) in a quiet residential area, just 1.5 km from the beach and Vilamoura Marina. Overlooking the beautiful gardens and pool area of the complex, it offers a peaceful and comfortable setting for your holiday.

The apartment is well-furnished and divided over two floors, with bedrooms spread across both levels. A highlight is the large terrace, featuring a built-in charcoal BBQ and a dining area with a table and chair, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation.

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning (both cooling and heating) in the bedrooms and shutters on all windows, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Hot water is provided by a gas water boiler heater, making your stay even more convenient.

Excellent value for money

Peaceful quiet area with a fantastic pool that was always empty the others guests were quiet and considerate. Villa easily accommodated 8 of us spiral staircase for upstairs was tight but didn’t seem to bother us. If we return to vilamoura I wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again

Decent, but not in wintertimes

it is a good apartment in a great neighborhood. the house was clean and the layout was pleasant. I personally wouldn't go back in the winter. the house has no heating (and no air conditioning). there were two small heaters, but that is not sufficient for the house. so it is very humid. everything was there, but the quality did not last. the beds were also not of top quality. all good, but not perfect. I often rent from clever details, but this was the least experience.

Looked just like the pictures a lovely apartment everything you needed we have stayed in this area before so knew distances to marina approx 15 mins depending how fast you walk, 25 mins to falesia beach, great pool space,company easy to reach with any queries,very good, people next door were a bit noisy at times could have been a bit more considerate but not company’s fault overall very good
