FEATURES: studio apartment located on the ground floor (energy class G) which can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people (3 + 1) is new, well-kept and above all very clean.
EQUIPMENT: all services such as TV - DVD - PARABLE - ADSL INTERNET WI-FI TIM - CLIMATE - private terrace with table and umbrella and I repeat, PRIVATE PARKING at ZERO METERS in a closed enclosed square. It has everything you need in use: you only have to bring consumable products with you. We also provide a practical tourist guide made by us that is highly appreciated, useful for your holiday.
POSITION: located in a strategic place 1.5 km from the beach of Lerici - Venere Azzurra and 3 km from the beaches of FIASCHERINO and BAIA BLU, the most beautiful in the area, not to be missed. LERICI at 2 km with ferries boarding tour of the 5 Terre. Sarzana (exit A 12 recommended), very beautiful not to be missed, is only 4 km away (FS station for visiting 5 Terre). 25 minutes and you are in Forte dei Marmi for a walk or in Pietrasanta, a beautiful city, or you still prefer Portovenere to the church, always 25 minutes ... you decide ....

War gut, leider war es nicht wirklich möglich von der Wohnung ohne Auto wegzukommen. Wenn das einen nicht stört ist die Wohnung sehr gut.Anmerkung zum Kücheninventar: Die Basics sind alle da, nur wenn man etwas Besondereres (z.B. Schneebesen) braucht sollte man es selber mitbringen.

il ne s'agit pas d'un appartement tranquille mais d'un ensemble de logements mitoyens (3) bruyants .on vit avec les voisins ( télévision bavardages ) .la route passant devant est très fréquentée et le bruit est permanent . l'appartement cependant est bien équipé bien que sombre .

Se riprendi il turista, egli ti lascia una recensione negativa. Purtroppo è matematico. Però talvolta dobbiamo farlo per forza, come in questo caso. La casa è vicina ad una strada ed è quello che la rende interessante: in un attimo raggiungi tutte le spiagge più belle, tutti i luoghi da visitare sono ad un passo e davanti passa il bus... senza contare il parcheggio privato. Per il rumore, basta tenere la finestra chiusa.... NON POSSIAMO FARE FELICI TUTTI, per il silenzio assoluto consigliamo un monastero....

We have many nice memories from our holidays there! We want to remark the cleanliness in this place and the flexibility of the owner. A well organized person, very uncomplicated concerning appointment times. He also offers profites for customers like a folder with many recommandations for your holidays in a couple of different languages. Additionally there is an opportunity to leave your car by the house. The region is beautiful and the pizzas in Sarzana are awesome! All in all a great place to visit, we can only recommend. Thank you!

Andréa est quelqu'un de charmant, et ses locations sont conformes à la description faite sur le site. Notre studio, en plus d'être bien décoré et agréable, était impeccable au point de vue propreté.Une fois la voiture au parking, nous avons fait du tourisme par bus, facile d’accès depuis le studio, Lerici étant à côté, et de là, des départs pour de nombreuses destinations. Nous aurions pu visiter grâce au GPS fourni par Andréa, où tout est répertorié dans les favoris.Ce studio est bien agencé, bien équipé, réception wifi parfaite...et bravo pour les sanitaires et l’électricité. La région est absolument superbe, et si nous y retournons, je louerai à nouveau le studio d'Andréa sans problème.

Bon appartement, bien placé !

Petit appartement très bien décoré et confortable. Pensez juste à prendre le nécessaire qui n'est pas sur place (éponge/savon/...). C'est juste dommage que la vaisselle était sale et que le chauffage de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Andréa est super sympa et disponible. Nous vous recommandons.

Les problèmes mentionnés ne sont pas signalés. Le bain de chauffage comporte un interrupteur de sécurité (fourni par la loi). À moins qu'il est positionné sur ON ... il ne fonctionne pas. Pour la plaque sale, nous avons "tiré" la femme de ménage! Nous faisons tout pour les clients ... mais ils ne parlent pas que nous ne sommes pas diseurs de bonne aventure ... nous ne pouvons pas résoudre les problèmes si nous ne sommes pas prévenus! Les jeunes garçons....!

L' appartamento coincide perfettamente con la descrizione nell'annuncio. Pulito, accogliente e un passo da tutto ciò che c'è da vedere a La Spezia e provincia. Ambiente silenzioso e riservato senza essere troppo isolato.La professionalità di Andrea e l'accoglienza delle migliori fanno ancor di più valere la tipologia di casa vacanze. Veramente da consigliare sia per le caratteristiche già dette che per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sicuramente da consigliare e soprattuto ritornarci.

organizzazione Ottima! in questa casa non manca assolutamente niente, anzi molto gradita la presenza di intrattenimenti, quali Dvd, giochi in scatola (molto utili nei giorni di pioggia)! come localizzazione è ottima perchè dalla casa siamo riusciti a raggiungere molte destinazioni in pochi minuti. E un' ultima cosa che mi ha colpito molto è "la guida" molto utile dove vengono suggerite le mete interessanti da raggiungere, i mezzi e la convenienza sulla scelta. I proprietari molto cordiali ed anche molto disponibili e simpatici :) da 10!!!!!!

Cavallo che vince non si cambia, per la seconda volta non possiamo fare altro che ringraziare per la splendida vacanza: posizione accogliente, al centro di una zona paesaggistica e naturalistica invidiabile, ma vicinissima a centri forniti di tutti i confort. GRAZIOSO MONOLOCALE VICINO LERICI

Soggiornato un week end dal 11 al 13 dicembre. Bellissimo monolocale ben curato e praticamente nuovo. Descrizione completa. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Distanza da Lerici 2 minuti in auto o con il pulman che passa vicino all'appartamento. Direi, in fine, assolutamente cosigliato.

Vacanza toccasana

Monolocale pulitissimo, funzionale, arredato in modo essenziale e gradevole, con tutto il necessario (lavatrice, cucina elettrica, frigo con freezer, microonde, bollitore elettrico, stoviglie, frullino ad immersione, lavabo, condizionatore anche in bagno, doccia, tv, lettore DVD,...) in ottime condizioni. Parcheggio. L'aria condizionata è stata provvidenziale nei giorni di massima calura. Il proprietario, disponibilissimo, fornisce tutte le dritte necessarie per godere a pieno della zona e dintorni, compresi consigli su dove andare a gustare le prelibatezze tipiche ( mettete in conto qualche chilo in più sulla bilancia, eh eh). Che dire, vacanze perfette per famiglie con bimbi piccoli come la nostra, e per tutti. Da rifare! Abbiamo già nostalgia. Grazie di tutto.

Confort, tranquillità, bellezza

Siamo stati per la prima volta in questo meraviglioso luogo, al centro di ogni possibile forma di svago e divertimento (mare, montagna, città d'arte, locali notturni, shopping, ecc...) e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. la casa dove abbiamo alloggiato era confortevole, spaziosa, e molto tranquilla, mai un rumore, mai un sonno rovinato. Ringraziamo Andrea per l'ottima guida e per tutti i consigli per il nostro soggiorno. Speriamo di poter ritornare in futuro magari provando altre soluzioni.

Bellissima vacanza

Bella vacanza!

L'appartamento è davvero molto carino, proprio come si vede nelle foto, comodo e accogliente. E' attrezzato di tutto quanto necessario e, cosa di non poca importanza, molto pulito. L'accoglienza del proprietario è davvero da apprezzare e abbiamo trovato molto utili i suoi consigli su tanti aspetti della vacanza e sulla zona. L'appartamento non è vicino al mare e per recarsi alle spiagge, meglio muoversi con i mezzi perché i parcheggi sono pochi e alcuni davvero costosi. Ma... oltre alle spiagge, consigliamo di visitare le tante fortezze e castelli della zona, molto belli! Bella vacanza davvero! Buona estate a tutti.

Very nice appartment

This flat is very nice, everything is new and well equiped. There is a parking in front of the house. Location is very good, it is close to several sights, but it is important to come with a car, although there is a bus station near the flat. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it!

un angolo d'amore

appartamento molto grazioso dalle tonalità rilassanti. la casa era provvista di tutto. abbiamo trovato un "catalogo" con recensioni di luoghi e spiagge molto dettagliato (idea fantastica del padrone di casa!) la casa è vicinissima al bus per il mare che vi porta anche a La Spezia. vacanza top, padroni di casa disponibili al massimo e luogo incantevole; CONSIGLIATISSIMA!!
