LUCAS LUXURY HOUSE ..

TOP of the HOUSE: newly redeveloped structure, beautiful spacious and practical with fantastic private terrace with sea view to be enjoyed in… RELAX. It will be possible to have breakfast in the morning (using espresso machine with pods included for free) kissed by the warm sun and dine in the evening enjoying a good wine (included in the offer a bottle of white and one of red) with a SPECTACULAR view that will space for 50 km: believe me it is priceless… for a fun and relaxing holiday….
FEATURES: spacious apartment located in the fantastic village of Nicola, famous all over the world (energy class G) which can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people (one double and three singles in three separate rooms), is new, elegant, well-kept and especially very clean. It is a house not suitable for children (for them in the case concerned we have other more suitable solutions ...).
EQUIPMENT: all services such as TV - DVD - PARABLE - ADSL INTERNET WI-FI - CLIMATE two bathrooms. It has everything you need in use, in case something is missing just call and after 30 minutes it is available. Linen (sealed and sterilized, including bed covers) is included. We also provide a practical tourist guide made by us that is highly appreciated, useful for your holiday.
POSITION: located in a strategic and quiet place out of chaos, you are close to all the most beautiful places to visit or the must-see beaches of Lerici - Venere Azzurra, FIASCHERINO and BAIA BLU, the most beautiful in the area but also Punta Corvo and Punta Bianca , from Sarzana very beautiful not to be missed (FS Station to visit 5 Terre AVENZA of Carrara at 6 km, embarkation in Lerici or Spezia). 25 minutes and you are in Forte dei Marmi for a walk or in Pietrasanta, a beautiful city, or you still prefer Portovenere to the church, always 25 minutes ... you decide .... I also remember the closest beach Marinella di Sarzana (and Marina di Carrara) in 7 minutes (with free parking).

casa su più piani, ma funzionale ed arredata con gusto. Apre sulla piazza del villaggio di Nicola con la chiesa; terrazzo che spazia fino al mare. Luogo calmo ci si arriva solo a piedi tra vicoli a selciato.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben und im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist gut ausgestattet und genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Blick vom Balkon einmalig: Die Stadt und das Meer lagen uns zu Füßen - einfach phantastisch! Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto (Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden) zu touristischen Zielen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert. Alles in allem eine runde Sache. 😊
