House located in a strategic area at 7km from Lerici beautiful and famous beach area, 10km from La Spezia, 30minutes from Portovenere, 10minutes from the blue bay very famous beach, 45minutes from Pisa .possibilit to easily reach the 5terre and all locations indicated with the public transport. pets are welcome, the house also has an outdoor courtyard used as a barbecue and relaxation area.

Ein gemütliches, renoviertes Ferienhaus. Vollständig, nett und persönlich eingerichtet. 3 vollwertige Schlafzimmer, eine Wohnküche, welche nichts vermissen lässt (selbst Kaffee- und Spülmaschinen-Tabs waren vorhanden). Der Vermieter hatte selbst an unser körperliches Wohl gedacht, und den Kühlschrank gefüllt. Im abgegrenzten Aussenbereich konnte sich unser Hund ungestört bewegen und wir so manche angenehme und regengeschützte Stunde verbringen. Ich möchte allerdings erwähnen, dass ein vollständiges und ein eher behelfsmässiges Badezimmer vorhanden ist.
