Beautiful and great property❣️❣️

We’ve had a great holiday at the house in Memola, Beverino. We(2 persons) stayed there for 14 days and it was fantastic. Very nice people and welcome at the day of arrival, very good contact about everything, the house very clean and everything you need present. The house has a parkgarden with beautiful plants and flowers. We’ve visited several places in the neighbourhood, of course Cinqe Terre, beaches, Lucca and other places. After a day out to the beautiful touristic but busy places it’s so great and calming to come tot this fantastic house, sit at the porch and enjoy the garden, silence and birds etc. Really a house to come back to and recommend to others. Thanks very much for a beautiful stay.

A very nice house in a quiet environment

The welcoming of Allessandro and Simona was very good. We were welcomed with a bottle of Proseco, The house is very well equipped. The house is located close to the road as most of the houses in the area, but the road is almost not used, so you are in a very quiet environment. No neighbours in the surounding. Levanto or La Spezia, the starting points for visiting Cinque Terre, are roughly 30 minutes’ drive from the house. Do not hesitate to go there for visiting the region.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft die etwas abseits gelegen ist. Der große eingezäunte Garten war genau das Richtige für unseren Hund. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Heel mooi en gezellig vakantiehuisje. Alles was zeer netjes en schoon. Rustig gelegen in de natuur en toch dicht bij meerdere mooie stadjes om te bezichtigen. De eigenaars zijn super aardig en vriendelijk. Wij bevelen deze vakantiewoning zeker aan!!

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem außergewöhnlichen Ferienhaus. Es ist noch schöner als beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Die Kommunikation mit Simona war sehr unkompliziert, sie ist zudem überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich!! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus genau richtig.

Der sehr nette Eigentümer hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns auch Tipps zu Ausflügen gegeben. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen. Die Cinque Terre, Lucca und La Spezia sind gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. So wohl der Innenbereich wie auch die Außenanlagen sind völlig in Ordnung. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank Alessandro !!!

Perfecte locatie

Perfect gelegen om de cinque terre en omgeving te verkennen. Rustig gelegen en het huis is voorzien van alle comfort. Super vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw.Zeker de moeite waard !

Staying here was wonderful!

The property was even beyter than described. Like a boutique hotel, the attention to detail showed that Simone really wanted her guests to have a fabulous time- and we did!

Fantastique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison pleine de charme. Tout y est très fonctionnel et joliment agencé et décoré. Les enfants on pu profiter du grand terrain arboré et clôturé et nous les parents avons pu profiter de la grande terrasse couverte pour nous reposer et prendre l’apéritif après des longues journées de marche. Simona et Alessandro ont été adorables lors de la remise des clés ainsi qu’au moment de notre départ. La communication était facile car Alessandro parle anglais. Tout a été parfaitement organisé pour nous permettre de profiter au mieux de notre séjour. Nous recommandons évidemment 1000 fois cet hébergement à quiconque souhaite séjourner en Ligurie à la découverte des Cinque Terre. Merci pour tout.🙏😊

Einfach traumhaft

Es ist ein wunderschönes Objekt inmitten von Natur. Absolute Ruhe und Entspannung. Mit dem Auto ist alles Wichtige gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und haben sogar Essen für den ersten Tag da gehabt. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und super eingerichtet. Wir waren mit Hund dort, welcher sich auch super wohl gefühlt hat in dem wunderschönen Garten. Ein perfekter Urlaub! Wir waren mit Hund dort.

Urlaub Cinque Terre

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind super schön. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut für Urlauber geeignet, die die Ruhe und Einsamkeit mögen. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr nett begrüßt und alles gezeigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Grundstück war gepflegt. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. 300 m weiter gibt es ein Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße von Martina und Klaus

Séjour exceptionnel

Nous revenons d'un séjour de 4nuits, le lieu est superbe, un emplacement idéale, des hôtes très accueillants, serviables, pleins de bon conseils et disponibles! Nous les remercions une fois de plus. Une maison très bien décorée, avec toutes les commodités. Le jardin est très bien entretenu, très grand, un bonheur pour nos compagnons à 4 pattes. Vous pouvez venir les yeux fermés, nous y retournerons avec plaisir ❤️.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Ruhe und Erholung, besser geht es nicht. Ein schönes Haus und ein noch schönerer, riesiger Garten, ein Paradies für unseren Hund.Simone und Alessandro sind sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt haben. Tolle Location - Ruhe und Erholung

Wir waren im September 2023 bei Simona und Allessandro im Ferienhaus in Memola. Super netter Empfang mit genauer Erklärung der Einrichtung usw. Es waren sogar Getränke für den Abend und eine Kleinigkeit zum Frühstück vorhanden. Der Garten ist riesig und komplett eingezäunt...unsere Hunde haben dies in vollen Zügen genossen. Toben, im Schatten liegen, erkunden... ein Paradies für die beiden. Einmal durften sie sogar Wildschweine direkt am Zaun erschüffeln und vertreiben. Auch die Menschen haben den Garten und vor allem die Ruhe total genossen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses bietet alles was man braucht. Nach La Spezia zum Einkaufen dauert es maximal eine halbe Stunde und. Bade- und Ausflugsziele sind in 45-60 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Preis der Einsamkeit ☺️ Danke an unsere Gastgeber für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit großem Garten in ruhiger Lage

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vorab war prima. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung ohne Probleme. Die Ausstattung sehr bemerkenswert, zum selber kochen bestens. Der große gepflegte Garten hat zum Entspannen eingeladen.

Oase der Ruhe

Wunderschön gelegen mit riesigem und gepfegtem Garten. Man kann sich sehr gut erholen und dem Alltag entfliehen! Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe sind etwas dürftig,aber dieser Umstand ist kein Problem und absolut planbar,da es viel Sehenswertes in der Umgebung hat! Und für den ersten Hunger und Durst wurde sogar vom Vermieter eine Überraschung bereitgestellt! Vielen Dank!!!

Erholung pur

Unglaublich schönes Ferienhaus mit einem wunderschönen und großen Garten, das wirklich zur Erholung einlädt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bot alles, was wir benötigten und war perfekter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren. Pignone ist nur 3km entfernt und ein wunderschönes Dorf. In der Nähe befinden sich tolle Wanderwege. Wir danken Simona und Alessandro für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Sie waren immer erreichbar und erkundigten sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden. Auch als wir uns aussperrten, waren sie sofort zur Stelle und boten Hilfe an. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

Natuur huis met rust en ruimte

Prachtige ligging met mooi aangelegde zeer grote tuin. Voldoende en goed buitenmeubilair. Huisje geschikt voor 2 volwassenen. Alles binnen goed gerenoveerd, alleen de douchebak is echt aan vervanging toe. Restaurant op loopafstand. Cinque Terre vlakbij met auto .

Une belle semaine passée dans cette magnifique région et quel plaisir de se retrouver le soir dans cette jolie maison au calme dans un véritable écrin de verdure et décorée avec beaucoup de charme et de goût. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil si souriants et chaleureux.

Dream vaccations

We spent a wonderful week in Simona and Alessandro's house. Ideally placed between Levanto and La Spezia, the house provided a relaxing place between hicks in the 5 Terre. Hope to come again.
