Modern cottage of 180sqm about 3km from Caccamo and12km from the sea
the villa is independent has 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, two very comfortable double bedrooms, a bedroom for singles or children, all bedrooms have air conditioning and heating, then you will find a large living room with fireplace, two very comfortable sofas, a table that can accommodate up to 20 people. The villa is located at the foot of the forest with free access and nature trails. for excursions we are 1 km from the town of cacamo where we can visit the largest medieval castle then we are 30 km from Palermo and 30 km from Cefalu.
for those who wish we have the possibility of Sicilian cooking lessons by paying only dinner or lunch. at the beginning of July the swimming pool and the multi-function tennis court will be installed.
