The Geranis House is a beautiful Mediterranean house for 7 people with a very special charm. Its rustic decor, the fireplace in the living room, the sea views... Perfect for your holidays in Cambrils.
It is located on Esquirol beach, very quiet and family-friendly. In the surrounding area, you will find all types of tourist services, a great offer of children's leisure activities and beach bars with live music. The urban bus stop is nearby, so you can reach the centre of Cambrils and Salou in just a few minutes. It is a spacious and comfortable accommodation. Exclusive for families. It is a terraced house (corner) that is part of a residential complex of 4 houses that share a garden just in front of the beach and an external parking area.
The house is distributed in the following way:
GROUND FLOOR
- Living room with 2 heights. Dining area + lounge area.
- Rustic kitchen, very well equipped, with all appliances.
- Entrance hall.
FIRST FLOOR:
- Suite-type room with double bed. Large terrace. Sea views. Bathroom with bathtub.
- Quadruple room with two levels with 2 single beds + mezzanine with 2 single beds.
- Quadruple room with two levels with 2 single beds + mezzanine with 2 single beds.
- Bathroom with bathtub / shower
EXTERIOR
- Spacious private porch with furniture.
- Large communal exterior parking area. (shared between the 4 houses)
- Landscaped area in front of the sea with direct beach access. (shared between the 4 houses).

- Group bookings are not accepted.
- The rental includes WIFI during your stay.
- Communal parking in a closed enclosure.

- Key collection is done at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou

Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Ideal para descanso en familia
Perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia. Una casa amplia con todas las comodidades y una localización inmejorable. Únicamente destacar que las camas de los altillos están bien para niños pero tienen complicado el acceso para adultos. Muy buena atención atención por del personal inmobiliario. Muy recomendable en definitiva, repetiremos sin duda.
