PLAYA MONTROIG House next to the Sea with Sea and Mountain views and swimming pool

We are fluent in French.
The house has a pretty garden with private swimming pool (above ground swimming pool therefore maximum security for young children) and barbecue, Private and closed parking. Upstairs covered gallery with sea view. Close to the fine sand beaches and the mountain. No need to take the car either to go to the beach or to do the daily shopping. Close to the city center, natural environment.
Very good orientation, very nice views.
Recent construction, ideally located, all comfort, careful decoration, decreasing rates depending on the duration.

This is a pretty house very well located, close to the sea (2 minutes on foot), with excellent views of the sea and the mountain. Close to important cities like Tarragona, Reus, Salou, Cambrils. House of recent construction located in a very quiet residential area. Close to cultural and recreational centers of interest: Roman World Heritage, wines and cavas, famous Port Aventura theme park, Casino, Night outings at nightclubs in Salou. Perfect place for sports activities such as mountain bike or quad excursions. Ideal holidays with family or friends. Alarm. Possibility of air conditioning.

Really nice

We liked staying in the house very much. The beach is only a short walk away and you can use the pool nay other time you don't feel like going away. We visited Marine in her excellent bar and felt very welcomed. No matter if you're visiting with children or without, I'm sure there's something you can do in the area.

Well equipped and spacious property

We stayed for a week and thought the house was clean, spacious and a well equipped property. It was reasonably priced for the size of the house too. The hosts were really helpful and easy to communicate with. As mentioned in the description, you need a car due to location. It is in a quieter area with the nearest town being Platja Miami.

Très bonne prestation. Nous avons subi le black out total en Espagne, coupure électrique et panne d'eau, mais les propriétaires ont assuré, en passant prendre de nos nouvelles, nous proposant de l'eau et de l'argent liquide pour les courses. Ils nous ont amené bougie et allumettes, pour passer quand même une bonne soirée.

Es war wunderschön. Im Haus gab es alles was man braucht. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Kein Lärm , perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Strand in der Nähe zu Fuß 10 min . Umliegende kleine Städte waren wunderschön zum spazieren und erkunden. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie hat sich oft gemeldet und gefragt ob wir was brauchen. Wir haben von ihr super Tips für die Umgebung bekommen. Wir fahren erholt zurück.

Magnifique séjour!

Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour en famille à Miami Playa dans cette trés jolie villa. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement accueillants. La villa est trés bien equipée et située dans un quartier calme à deux pas de la mer. C’est sur, nous y reviendrons.
